Good customer service! This was my first time ordering from this location and the lady at the register was kind, provided good service. After my food was ready, she told me that my order also comes with a soda. I didn’t know that because again, it was my first time going so that surprised me. It shouldn’t be surprising because every drink should come with your food, in my opinion. There’s one on the west side as well but the one on the north side is the original one. Will go back to Madtown as a whole after my experience. :)

Terrible customer service. Staff showed up late to open store. I ordered my food at 1110 giving them time to get the place opened. Lady was on the phone the whole time from 11am till 1130am and I still haven't received my order. Finally received my order but not before 2 customers walked out and 2 other are now waiting.

The fried catfish was a bit salty, however, the flavor profile was amazing! The seasoning that was on the fish was great. The fries were perfect to me as well. Honestly, the only thing that was missing was cole slaw! 10/11 in my books, I will definitely be back.

Terrible service! I stood in the lobby for 15min before an employee even addressed my existence and when they finally did said they didn't receive my order. I showed the employee my door dash pickup order that was paid for and the employee just stared at me and refused to give the order I paid for. Never attempting to order from here again and I would urge anyone reading this to do the same.

Very disgusting restaurant. They are rude. I saw workers smoking while cooking the food in the back. Food always tastes bad. Been coming here for almost 10 years but not anymore after I saw the video of them putting the meat on the floor.

I took my kids to get some food. The gizzards were good, and the fries were ok. Kids ordered catfish and a gyro. The tables were dirty like usual. The wait time wasn't long since there wasn't anyone else in there.
