There were eggshells in my McMuffin. I took one bite and it was like chewing sand! Super gross!!! I had to stop at kwik trip to get something edible to take my morning pills with before work. I'm super dissatisfied! I wanted to drive back after work after this was sitting in my car all day to give it back to them and demand my money back! I don't think I'll return at all though.

McDonald’s are known for their service, clean restaurants and bathrooms. This particular location has coded key locks on their bathrooms and they do not give out the code for anyone to use their facilities- there was major drama at the order counter when we recently stopped in for a breakfast experience that made all the McDonald’s customers very uncomfortable - a gentleman that I assume just needed to use their facilities bathroom facility was told “they did not have the code” he then asked for the supervisor and was ignored and then the situation escalated to yelling - which made our McDonald’s experience unpleasant. My wife also needed to use their facilities restroom and the door was locked and at this point did not bother to ask for a code. Travelers beware- this is not a good spot to stop 🛑 and this suprises me for a McDonald’s.

This location has terrible service, the staff have terrible attitudes, and the food assemblers do not know how to make a burger. I received a quarter pounder with the cheese hanging halfway off, didnt get the extra salt I asked for. I dont want half my burger having cheese while I get a huge bite of cheese on the other side. They refused to remake it. The cheese should be even across the burger. My large fry was also half full. They claimed i got my money's worth since I used the $1.49 coupon on the app.

All human interaction is non-existent. They completely ignore you because they want you to use the stupid kiosk to order. After using it, they simply put your order on the counter, call your number, and walk away. We got no condiments or anything.

My daughter got overheated at the bus stop because her bus was taking so long so she went into McDonald's and it was hot in there like the air wasnt working and asked for a cup of water. They tried charging her 30 cents and when she didn't have it they turned her away and said told the next customer they could have free water so my daughter could hear. I went in after I got there seeing my daughter in tears, face hot and dripping sweat. I went up and told them what they did was horrible and that I wanted a water and didn't care how much it cost. She charged me $1.36 and gave me a small cup of sprite. I get they don't want ppl just coming in there getting water and not paying but my daughter was clearly in distress. She even went into the bathroom to try and get water from the sink and it was warm. The water in the fountain area isn't working or they unhooked it. The lady who was rude to my daughter was short, had different colors in her hair and walked with a limp. I hope she doesn't have kids who ever need anything and no one helps them.

Went here to get a quick snack and I was disappointed in the lobby. It was a disaster, food scraps, paper and trash was all over the edges of the room and under tables. As soon as I walked into the lobby I smelled what i could only describe was the smell of a zoo. I ordered for dine-in and they didn't even bring my food to the table, instead they put it in a to go bag and called out the number as if i ordered to-go which i did not. I think the next time I am in the area i will be dining at the burger king down the street instead of this McDonald's.

As other days I would leave a bad review because of the how people respond to you and the lack of work effort. Today on Father’s Day night around 9:30 I ordered online and waited for a while for my food. When I approached to the window I saw 1 woman (maybe the manager?) short hair doing everything! No one on front, no one taking orders, NO ONE it was just her alone doing absolutely EVERYTHING. She is rocking that place alone. This place better thank her for her hard work, I know is her job but she’s under so much stress sweat running down her face. She deserves a raise. For anyone going tonight please be patient with her, she’s doing the best she can.

Have called store #79 on park street at least 10 times of coarse no one will answer phone we went thru drive thru ordered 2 $5 bags order of chicken strips. They had put a mc chicken in our bag I was handing the girl back the mc chicken as she gave me. Mc attitude wasn't our fault asked her to stop the attitude and asked if everything else was in the bag as she replied yes. We got all the way back home to find out my fiance ended up with 4 nuggets for his dinner his mcdouble was not in the bag
