Hostile 3rd shift or early morning drive thru staff who is very careless with orders. Do not recommend.
Left out two parts of our order, over 3/4 of my drink was ice, no receipt, oh .... and there was hair in the food they did remember. The last time we came here the same staff member complained about us being there and told us loudly to go to bed as we drove off from the window. I'm done with this location and honestly probably McDonalds.
Clearly nothing is being done even if you use their link because there has been no changes despite the amount of people complaining.

This location regularly forgets to put in food from your orders. Also the early morning breakfast staff will argue with you to get out of making your food, and make fun of you for ordering early.
My family will not be returning to this location.

Waited almost 10 minutes for them to take to my order in the drive through. Kept saying hello into thin air. Left without getting any food. Culver's took my order and brought me my food in 5 minutes for 75 percent of the cost. I have no reason to give McDonald's my business anymore.

Went to drive thru for breakfast. Got food and orange juice. But my orange juice wasnât filled to the top and itâs $6, I tell the cashier to add some more orange juice in it but instead she went to the machine next to it and put water in it. Now my orange juice taste like water. So unprofessional Iâll never go there again!!

Service sucked. They didn't pay any attention to the counter. They were too busy with the drive through. We got our order but needed to use restroom. Restrooms have a coded lock on the door. Asked for code was told that it was being cleaned. It wasn't. The men's was and the person cleaning it had walked across the restaurant to there utility closet. Wasn't anywere near the restrooms and they still refused to give code. Will never use this McDonald's.

There were eggshells in my McMuffin. I took one bite and it was like chewing sand! Super gross!!! I had to stop at kwik trip to get something edible to take my morning pills with before work. I'm super dissatisfied! I wanted to drive back after work after this was sitting in my car all day to give it back to them and demand my money back! I don't think I'll return at all though.

McDonaldâs are known for their service, clean restaurants and bathrooms. This particular location has coded key locks on their bathrooms and they do not give out the code for anyone to use their facilities- there was major drama at the order counter when we recently stopped in for a breakfast experience that made all the McDonaldâs customers very uncomfortable - a gentleman that I assume just needed to use their facilities bathroom facility was told âthey did not have the codeâ he then asked for the supervisor and was ignored and then the situation escalated to yelling - which made our McDonaldâs experience unpleasant. My wife also needed to use their facilities restroom and the door was locked and at this point did not bother to ask for a code. Travelers beware- this is not a good spot to stop đ and this suprises me for a McDonaldâs.
I stop in there quick for a glasses of water and I was told I had to pay it. This location had always been a joke the people that work here are very rude.

This location has terrible service, the staff have terrible attitudes, and the food assemblers do not know how to make a burger. I received a quarter pounder with the cheese hanging halfway off, didnt get the extra salt I asked for. I dont want half my burger having cheese while I get a huge bite of cheese on the other side. They refused to remake it. The cheese should be even across the burger. My large fry was also half full. They claimed i got my money's worth since I used the $1.49 coupon on the app.

All human interaction is non-existent. They completely ignore you because they want you to use the stupid kiosk to order. After using it, they simply put your order on the counter, call your number, and walk away. We got no condiments or anything.
