Don't go to this place, it supports project 2025 which is bound to screw over everything and everyone. It doesn't matter how left or right wing you are, project 2025 is going to affect everyone in the most horrible way possible. Also to MC Donald's, pay your workers more. The minimum wage should be a living wage.

It seemed like everybody.That was ordering inside.Got second priority to online orders. It took, roughly 15 minutes to get just a quarter pounder value meal.

Food was McDonald's nothing special but God the people that work there act like it's our fault. Not even a single word from the guy handing the food out. Lady taking the order was half asleep she at least said have a good day so she tried but like the guy passing stuff just dgaf

If you call for help at the counter or wait for anyone to take your order, they just ignore. And they will not deliver your order to your table.

10 pc nuggets forgotten from order and it’s too much effort to go back or call. Please do better McDonalds but I guess I can do my part too and hold up a line while I double check my order.

Rudest drive thru worker I have ever encountered. She yelled at us because she misunderstood us through the speaker several times. When we pulled up to get our food, she looked like she wanted to fight us and started yelling at us for no reason. Will never go here again.

Terrible customer service at the McDonald's on 4500 University Avenue, Madison. I regularly order large fries from this location, and more often than not, the box is not properly filled. Today, I finally decided to call it out and showed the underfilled fries to the staff. Instead of addressing my concern, the so-called "manager" was outright rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His response? "One or two more fries is all that can be added," followed by a cold and condescending, "Okay, take the refund." No apology, no courtesy, just a complete lack of respect for customers.

If this is how they treat regular customers, I can only imagine how bad it gets for others. McDonald's employees have some basic customer service standards, but clearly, this location doesn’t care. Absolutely unacceptable.
