My experience with this place begins with the food, which is convenient, mostly tasty, and quick. But it also includes the entry and exit doors to the men's restroom, which are not at all handicap accessible. The door to the bathroom is impossibly difficult to open. There also needs to be more grab bars in the bathroom. Outside of the bathroom, staff is always helpful at this McD. restaurant. But The outside set of doors is terribly wheelchair antiaccessible. Just overall disappointed with the food as well as the lack of service. I don’t think I’ll be going back to the University Avenue McDonald’s again. Chicken sandwich to a sloppily put together, and the fries were not good.

Ordered a adult happy meal. Got a 6 piece nuggets. No fries, no soft drink. No sauce. McDonald's
I wish they would get Theresa back. Her smile always was great to see. And she made sure the place ran like a clock. Now it's basically a bunch of kids, plus the couple of good window people that worked with Theresa.

The restaurant was clean. The service was amazing. My daughter had surgery and wanted to stop. The manager was awesome and asked her what she would like and if she would like to pick out her prize. She was tickled pink. They made this mama proud to stop, because of interacting with her. It was a relaxing time to be able to have lunch. Thank you.
Terrible service, 25% chance your order is going to be right. Ordering through curbside it will say they’re coming out now then have you wait another 7+ minutes. You order a medium or a large of something you might get a small or nothing at

Would give this McDonald's in particular 0 stars if I could. All I wanted to do was cancel a mobile order that I placed for the wrong location. Called at 4 different times throughout the evening and no one would even pick up the phone. Ridiculous. I know we live in an age where everything is becoming digital but if you still have a phone, then maybe you should answer it.
