They gave me the wrong order, i called and politely asked if i could bring it back for my right order and the worker on the phone was combative and gaslighting me saying they gave me the right order when i can obviously see they gave me items i did not order at all lmao. Came to no resolution, kinda lame of the worker. Like yeah in sure you put the right order in a bag but it was not my order. The wrong order wasn’t even comparable in price to what my order was

Workers are not friendly, food is not good and doesn't even taste like McDonald's usually does, which has never been awesome but nonetheless... McDonald's as a whole has gone down significantly. It takes too long to use the app to use coupons, then you have to wait for someone to show up at the counter to give you your order.... We want fast, cheap, and edible and it has turned into long waits, very expensive, and inedible. Do better!!

So, the drive through. You get your food at the window, and you have to _immediately_ crank your wheel to the right before you start driving forward, otherwise you end up driving over a curb. And if you don't turn the steering wheel as far to the right as it can go, you mlght still go over a little curb peninsula only 2ft wide and bottoming out your vehicle on left side. I've been in cars that this has happened to three times, I've watched it occur two other times being the next person in line. WHY ISN'T SIGNAGE MAKING THIS CLEAR? OR MAYBE A HANDFUL OF THOSE ORANGE RODS WITH THE BAND OF REFLECTING TAPE THAT PEOPLE MARK THE PERIMETER OF THEIR DRIVEWAYS WITH SO IT'S EASIER TO SNOWPLOW.

Popped in for shamrock milkshakes, and no one was at the register, so we used the kiosk. And then we waited. They finally got to our order, they were as expected.

The day Hispanic manager is rude and picks who she’s willing to table serve. These are not values I remember having as a manager of McDonalds Restaurant . It was not busy at all.

At 3:24 AM, I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app. I arrived at the drive-thru window around 3:50 AM, but the staff member asked me to “wait a minute.” I ended up waiting until 4:00 AM before the staff responded. Instead of asking for my mobile order code, they immediately told me to move to the next window.
At the second window, the staff informed me that since it was now 4:00 AM, they would no longer serve dinner items. They even claimed that my mobile order would be “automatically canceled.” However, upon checking the app, I found that my order had not been canceled.
When I tried to explain this and argue my case, the staff member simply shut the window and refused to assist me further.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Not only was my order mishandled, but I was also disrespected and denied service without reason. Please address this issue and ensure better training and accountability for your employees.

I got a steak sandwich via mobile ordering and when I got there they said they couldn’t make me one which is fine but they refused to refund me and said the mobile app would do it. But the mobile app says to contact the store for refund. And they refuse :( so I’m just out $6 / a steak egg and cheese mcmuffin

One would think that it would be as simple to use the app in the restaurant as the drive-thru. Nobody that works there knows how to scan the application.
