I can't believe they ACTUALLY gave me a raw mccrispy. I'm not one to blast business online but this is actually ridiculous. I really don't care about the famous bad business and service in this McDonald's when the male manager is on duty (ONLY when he's there. He is a really, really pleasant person), but this is absolutely disgusting and a health hazard.

I decided to splurge for my birthday and got a crispy chicken deluxe. When I received my food I gave my son his and got on the belt line. Was unable to start eating it as traffic was bad. Finally got to eat my sandwich and two big bites were gone. Called to get sandwich replaced and was told that what I said was untrue and that I was lying. The only thing is have really messed up bottom teeth that literally leave an imprint in food. The teeth that bit my sandwich were normal bites... never thought I'd be treated like a criminal because someone ate part of my food.
I believe 3 stars is fair, given that I've received stale buns and my order wrong many times. Why would stale buns ever be served? Even I wouldn't give a customer stale buns.

Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to have order taken. With 1 car in front of me that ordered 4 total items. Sat am additional 10 minutes. I ended up just leaving. I've worked at a few McDonald's and would hate to see how it is if this store was busy. No salt in the parking lot. Slid down the hill and almost crashed leaving the drive thru and the car behind me leaving the drive thru almost hit me.Parking: 10ish
What's with charging extra for sauce only in the drive thru? Never get charged that in the app or when I ask for extra inside. Regardless, if I get a 10 piece nugget meal I should be able to get three condiments without paying 30¢ + tax. Also twice now when I ordered a large meal I've had to ask them to get me the correct soda size. So I feel like they are being instructed to give medium sodas for large meals. Why does everything have to be such a ripoff? Like just be normal, it's not that hard.

Hamburger patties were dripping with oil.Customer service left room for improvement.Plenty of parking spaces.Dietary restrictions: Plain hamburger patties(Use napkins to soak up the grease before eating)
Truly one of the best McDonalds in all of Madison. Food is always fresh and hot, employees are very pleasant and the drive thru is always busy. Keep up the great work.

I don't eat out often but visited this McDonald's 1/2 hour ago (because there's nothing to eat in the house) and I was starving. Everyone at the drive thru was so nice. My order was perfect and hot. I've always had great service over the years when visiting this location. Thank you!!!
