Ordered a Large Mocha frappe and I got the serving of a medium in the large glass so I got screwed over for what I I requested and paid for. I even have the picture of my mocha for proof.

Majority of the time I like the food. I usually get it for my kids tho and every one I go to lately just sucks. Is one pickle for McDoubles the new standard?!?! My daughter loves pickles and both times all the burgers have only had 1. I order extra onions and it came with none. Not only that but on the bottom of the food bags it tells you how many items should be put in it. My bag would not have ripped If they didn’t shove all 9 items in a bag that clearly says 4-6 as the employees look at you like they don’t know what to do instead of offering to get you a new bag.

Why is this the only location that forces you to buy three cookies every other location allows you to buy two cookies or one cookie or three or four or five or six or however many you want but this location you have to buy three 412 those are the only two options will you have to buy them in increments of three I shouldn't have to come in here get something to eat and have to buy 3 when all I want is two

So I ordered online using the app. Which stated the collectors cups at this location were still available. So I ordered food for me and my kids. We drive all the way here. And my bag seems light and the cashier slams the window. So I go inside to get my cup which is missing from the bag. And they tell me it's not available anymore. So they charged me for the cup and I didn't get it. They were rude and didn't really care that I paid extra for something and didn't get it.
Edit- I went back and read the reviews and they haven't had the cups for at least 6 days and haven't altered their online menu. Do not order from this location. They will steal from you.

I ordered two happy meals and one of them didn't even have the cheeseburger. The happy meal had a small amount of fries that weren't even in the bag Is not the first time that this happened to me, I ordered the new collectors meal, and they didn't give me the collectors cup I'm so disappointed
Gave my mobile order to someone else and wouldn't fix. This location sucks.

Honestly, the staff acted like they hated their lives (I mean their teenagers) my daughter got a McFlurry and a piece of the PLASTIC lid chipped off, she was then picking plastic bits out of her mouth. It must have broken off, then they proceeded to mix it. Will not be returning. Might as well go to the Culver’s down the street.
