I have nothing against people of other cultures, but neither the order taker at the speaker box nor the employee at the windows spoke even a little bit of English, to the point where my order was put in incorrectly, and I was unable to correct the order at any stage of the process due to the language barrier. Not only that, although I was respectful through the entire interaction, the speaker box employee was incredibly rude, sighing and becoming frustrated because he could not understand a word I was saying. This is a joke of an establishment, to staff all the public facing employees with people who cant even take an order or communicate is absolutely unacceptable.

Keep missing most of our orders. When you go in. No one says anything to you. It's always busy with no one in front. You wait for an hour for your food
Genuinely the most shambolic McDonalds location I've been to, so bad I had to write a review of warning.
1. On 3 separate occasions, they added bacon to my burger (I never requested it)
2. The line is almost comically slow sometimes
3. The straw that broke the camels back, they got my order wrong, I gave them the receipt telling them to correct it, and then they got it wrong with the receipt!! Unreal. I genuinely was in disbelief.
I swore off this mcdonalds lol. Go to Chickfila right across the road, culvers down mineral point, burger king across, literally anywhere but this clown show.

This McDonald's is supposed to be open 24/7. So imagine my frustration when I go to the drive through after being dead tired from a day if traveling and just want some to eat before getting home and... NO ONE IS THERE! If you guys are no longer open 24/7 at least have some signage or something. Don't let me and 5 other cars behind me hang for thirty minutes. Terrible. Just terrible.

Today, I had a very negative experience at the McDonald’s Odana Road location. I arrived on time to pick up an Uber customer’s order, but despite being there promptly, I was forced to wait for approximately 25 minutes. During this entire time, none of the employees assisted me, provided any information about the order, or acknowledged my presence.
The overall attitude of the staff was extremely indifferent, uncommunicative, and careless. Both I and the Uber customer were negatively affected by this situation. Due to the long wait and lack of attention, I had no choice but to cancel the online order, which caused a loss of time and dissatisfaction.
It is disappointing to encounter this level of service at a well-known brand like McDonald’s. I request that the behavior of the staff working today be reviewed and that necessary measures be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.

I recently visited a McDonald's drive-thru with my wife and daughter. I was in the backseat, observing how my black wife and our interracial daughter were treated. When my wife mentioned that the fries were cold, the manager named Alex immediately started arguing with her and even threatened to call the cops!!! But the costumer is always right ??!! Throughout the entire interaction, my daughter remained very respectful, and even offered the food back to prove no mal intentions but Alex refused multiple times and said they had to repay ! I have visited this establishment multiple times and never understood why my wife never wanted to go here and Alex showed me exactly why ! This experience was deeply disappointing and felt unfair, especially given how my family was treated for simply speaking up about the food quality. It’s upsetting to see such hostility in a place that should be welcoming to all customers.

Very unhappy with my experiences lately at this location. Orders have frequently taken a long time to be filled and often incorrect. Sunday night I actually left without my order because they refused to give it to me through the drive thru without coming in - even though the directions on the app specifically said to go through the drive thru for order pickup and provide my order number. Normally not a big deal but it was cold and I had young children in the car. The staff told me I wouldn’t be charged if the order wasn’t completed. Well, I checked my bank app today and sure enough I was still charged for the order. I will not be coming to this location again.

Terribly slow service. I watched 5 cars go through one drive thru lane while the other took over 10 minutes to service one. This is a consistent problem with this location as there have been numerous times I’ve taken my business elsewhere as a result.

the workers r nice but literally do not come here if u have anything else to do for the day. literally every single time it’s a 10 minute MINIMUM wait. they charge ur card and then have u pull around for a ridiculous amount of time. and then the orders come out, out of order. there’s no way having everyone pull around is more efficient this way. this mcdonald’s led me like a trillion dollars in gas. (writing this as i’m waiting for my food btw) i’m still gonna come here cuz it’s literally the closest mcdonald’s but im gonna be upset everytime. I should’ve gone to burger king

I gave the atmosphere and the food a 1 star because I didn’t even get a chance to have those experiences. Apparently for McDonald’s a multi million dollar business we have to come in and be part of the work force. They refused to take my order and said I had to go to the kiosk while the manager stood there and texted with her phone on the counter. That’s pretty gross. Most people take their phone into the bathroom with them and this person is touching it between touching food.
