Every year Melted is on our list for food carts to track down. Their flawlessly well-made and delicious grilled sandwiches have earned our loyalty and contented burps. The cart staff is unfailingly cheerful and courteous. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get your completed sandwich... but don't let that bother you. It's totally worth the wait. (If the Southwestern with bacon is on the menu, go for it!)

I love this food truck. Consistently the best burgers I have ever had in Madison. And the fries are crazy good. Try them with the garlic or chipotle mayo. My vegetarian son was quite pleased with his Caprese grilled sandwich. Always makes my week to lunch with these guys!
