We've been to Mexli a couple of times now and recommend it. The portions are ample, the staff is super friendly, and the food is good. The first time we went our server recommended the chilaquiles. I didn't get that, my husband did, and I wish I had! My huevos rancheros were good, but the chilaquiles were amazing! I got them on my second visit. I'm sorely tempted by the sweet breakfasts the next time we go.

Stopped in because we were craving chilaquiles, absolutely amazing! 100% coming back. Taste just like home 🤩 we got the chilaquiles norteñitos and chilaquiles chipotludos with two horchata con fresa, absolutely to die for!! Wish we took pictures. Music was also 10/10.

Fantastic brunch spot with big menu including build-your-own chiliquiles. Delicious food and nice atmosphere. The NA drinks are really refreshing!

Fantastic food, very friendly owner and nice staff. A bit pricy but doesnt stop me from stopping there for lunch a few times a week!

Ok I’m obsessed. I loved my experience at Mexli! I had a huevos rancheros dish that I would eat every day. I also tried pancakes and French toast, and they were great!

My husband and I went on a Friday morning. It was very quiet around 8:30am. I was glad to hear from a friend that it’s busy on the weekends! I need this place to stick around!

The food is absolutely superb and the atmosphere is a lovely lean on authentic with just the right amount of modernity. Top it off with the friendliest staff, 10/10 highly recommend!! Definitely in my top brunch rotation!!

Our second time here. Did not disappoint. Husband and I shared the chilaquiles Norteñitos and pancakes Fritos rojos. Everything was good. Will definitely go back.

I ordered the tlacoyo, and it was excellent. The nopales served on top were the best I’ve ever eaten. This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in Madison.
