Went there once about 4 years ago,and haven't been back too a MFC since, because of the high prices and the long time waiting in drive thru for my food(was the only one and waited over 10 mins. For my food) For two sandwiches and 2 fries and 2 drinks(regular size) and was over $25.

Overall, it is 7:53 went to window. Place closed early. Open sporadically and drive thru often closed. Good custard but probably go elsewhere for now on.

Cool place but he prices are very high for what you're getting. Paying a little extra at a local place for a for never had been a big issue for me but be aware you'll be paying some premium prices.

I’m very upset due to this location being closed before the closing time, I came at 7:50 p.m. to get a ice cream that I love from Michael’s Frozen Custard when their closing time is at 8:00 p.m. so unprofessional.

I hesitate posting anything critical seeing that it might elicit a less than encouraging response. But basically my experience was similar to those who found signage disappointing. I and three other customers (strangers to me) stood trying to verify whether the place was open or not. Usually all lights on and music playing means open. But no.

Uhm...$10 for a medium sundae?!?! My first and absolutely final visit was yesterday. It tasted fine, but $10 for a truly medium-sized sundae (that wasn’t even topped with whipped cream or a cherry--just sayin') is, IMO, absolutely ridiculous. The same sundae would've been about half the price at my go-to Wisconsin-based custard place/restaurant. In fact, this afternoon I had a small/single sundae from Culver's for $3.37 including tax.I'll continue to support local independents like Chocolate Shoppe, Monona Bait & Ice Cream, and Wisconsin-based Culver's. Michael's was very disappointing. ?

False advertising online says open until 9:30pm. Show up at 830pm instead of acknowledging us the employees turned the lights off on us outside and walked away.

Loaded frozen custard sundaes that always deliver what I'm looking for. Culver's is easy to get but Michaels is worth going out of your way for. The prices are a bit higher than I'd like, but I keep coming back for more regardless.

So the web site and the sign that has hours of operation on the door say closes at 9pm.We were standing in line with others around 820pm and the guy at the window says closed and locks the order window on all of us! When my husband asked the manager if they really just closed with a line there he replied yes,we are out of ice cream. As we are leaving on the sign out front it says we close at 830pm.Poor management You need to update all you're hours of operation for your customers. We were here from out of town and visiting our kids. Herd it was a great place guess we will never know!

First time visit for both my son and me. I just moved into the area and thought we would try this place for dessert. Service and our selections were very good. I was a little taken back by the price! We both ordered smaller servings and the bill was over $15!
NOT WORTH the MONEY. Plus hours online are different from the hours posted.

So delicious and a perfect treat anytime.

The custard was good but not worth the price of $7 for a cone. The building seems old and run down. Will not be visiting again.

The sundaes are all fun looking and I was not disappointed by the PB cookie jar.

Went there for food. They informed me they do not serve food anymore. Ok, well let's at least get some cold treats. Ended up paying $20 for two "Twisties" which were good, but not nearly good enough to justify the price. The place was deserted and dilapidated, while the golf place right across the street was absolutely packed with people. Employee was nice enough, but didn't really feel like a premium experience at all. They also put the pressure on you at the end of the transaction to tip and watch what you select which just feels gross. I enjoyed it, but I will probably never go back. Can not recommend.
