Awful experience and rude customer service. We ordered two “cookie jar” sundae’s based off the menu (photo attached) when they came they were peanut butter cookies. I’m pregnant and have not been able to eat much peanut butter. I politely showed them the menu explaining how I thought this came with Oreos… they said they changed the menu and there’s nothing they can do. They wouldn’t exchange or even give a discount for new sundae’s. I wouldn’t have an issue but we paid $20 for these! That’s a lot of money! They also gave us two different sizes? I was shocked at how rude they were. They closed the window on us. I would’ve even just bought Oreos to add! I know there’s bigger problems in the world, but I was so excited for this sundae and just needed to vent. Have been going here since a kid but safe to say I won’t be going back :(

🤩 Great and classy! I loved the fresh burger, the sundays were awesome🍦 We tried 2 different flavors and they were very good!!😋 If you are nearby you should stop and grab a good and tasty meal here😍 So many options, you won't be dissapointed. 🍔🍨🍟

Arrived 15 minutes before closing because I just left work and they told me they are no longer serving food and they weren't very respectful in the way they told me and they could've mentioned it before I started ordering.. they asked what I want and then said they aren't serving food.. makes sense. Definitely will not be returning

One word review: OVERPRICED. I am new in town and was excited to find a new ice cream place but then I go there and was disappointed. It was 9.97 for a two scoop ice cream sundae….portion small. I could have gotten almost two large sundaes at Culver’s. It did taste fresh and was good, but I will never be back because the price just made it not worth it.

Forget what its called, but whatever the coffee flavored twister is is really good. Not a cheap buy, but worth it every time

Place sucks, custard is good, food is good, but all of it is priced extremely high to the point I will not be going back unless prices come down significantly. I got a 2 scoop custard and a 12oz twister both are the smallest options for their categories. The total was +$21. Practically criminal. If you work there, I would demand better pay for all employees, because the MGMT can definitely afford it.

You have to place your order yourself at the register by using a big smart screen even with available employees standing there looking at you. Then the machine asks for a tip lol. Felt awkward. Custard was good. Very similar to culvers but more flavor options for custard concoctions.
