Extremely off-putting experience dining in. There were bugs flying all around the restaurant and the sauces on the table had separated.

We'll go back to take out only.

Good poke. Good price. Salmon was cut into larger chunks than other poke places (more rectangular than the typical tiny square). A go to place for poke. Would visit frequently if it's in a more convenient location for me

I love poke and really wanted to love this after hearing about miko for years but i was disappointed tbh. This was not horrible but is probably the worst poke I’ve had ~ only good thing is the fresh fish, interior decor and service: staff was friendly!

Few things:
- The crispy garlic was horrible do not order it (super chewy and hard to eat and clearly over cooked: garlic tastes bitter)
- I payed an extra dollar for the crab salad and got like maybe a teaspoon of it??
- They added cucumber to my build my own bowl, I did not ask for any and personally hate cucumbers so that was very disappointing
- You get very little fish, like maybe a tablespoon worth (I got the regular size bowl) ~ a positive tho is that u could tell the fish is fresh

Overall: for 16+ dollars I expected way better, it was just very mid ~ flavours were nothing special. Before ordering I was planning to post on insta and try for the 25 dollar gift card but I honestly would not go back even if it’s free

Incase you were curious this is what I got on my bowl:

White rice, 1/2 spicy tuna , 1/2 salmon, crab salad, smashed avocado, edamame, Serrano peppers , fried onions, togarashi crisp, crispy garlic, volcano sauce, creamy wasabi, unagi glaze

A regular staple of mine. Usually great with quality ingredients but recently have had a few bad instances. Most recently had a bowl drenched in soy sauce that I couldn't finish.

Best poke place in Madison. Period. Everything is always super fresh and they really top your bowl to the brim. I love that they don't have a limit on toppings so I don't have to choose between all my favorites. Even though a bowl is pretty filling, I always save room for their shaved ice or pineapple dole whip.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian proteins as well

Dietary restrictions: Everything is clearly marked. Most of the options are gluten free

I’ve ordered twice for pick up through Door Dash, both times it has taken 40+ minutes to receive my food. The employees weren’t very helpful when I inquired about the order.

Finally made it to this place my husband has been raving about for years. Delicious, fresh, and friendly staff! Try the frozen pineapple whip. It'll rock your culinary world.

Miko Poke SATISFIES all my pregnancy cravings. I’ve always enjoyed their spicy tuna, but since getting pregnant, I’ve felt limited when eating out. This place gives me everything I crave and need. When sticking to a healthy meal, my go to is the poached salmon bowl with avocado and veggies. The veggies are fresh, and the salmon and avocado are lightly seasoned with citrus. Recommendation: add yuzu sauce for extra citrus flavor. Now when I’m really craving, the chicken bowl with any and all crispy toppings is DELICIOUS. Unagi glaze and spicy aioli is a great combination, which adds sweet and spicy flavors to the bowl. Plus they just added artichokes and they go GREAT in this bowl.Pricing is very reasonable considering the quality of the food. The toppings are always freshly prepared, and when I was eating tuna it was the best quality of fish I’ve had in the Madison area. The small is a good size for me and my husband goes for the regular. This place isn’t just your standard poke place, they have options for everyone. Plus the staff is SUPER friendly.
