I recently had the pleasure of going to a local sandwich joint and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor from the staff. But what really stood out to me was the general manager, who took the time to introduce himself and ask about my dining experience. He was extremely polite and made me feel like a valued customer. The manager also suggested the double beef sandwich, he advised that this sandwich was his favorite.

Nobody is perfect, and when I have had issues with a sandwich from time to time, it has been address quickly by the corporate staff and the the store. They want you to be happy and I appreciate the local staff and quick response.

Horrible experience at your Mt Horeb WI location. I tried calling that location to speak to a manager but no answer. I tried filling out your store feedback form but it keeps saying 'verification expired' for the captcha and it refuses to send no matter what I do. What the heck is wrong with this company?

Excellent service and well balanced sandwiches made with freshly baked bread. Millio's been our consistent go to sandwich to take with us this year during the pandemic when we went for long walks.

I'm not sure why this place has low ratings! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It's clean, they've been great with COVID stuff...they're solid. I never leave reviews, but it bothers me that this location comes up with low ratings!

I really like Milio's and try to have a sub everytiime I come to Madison. So much better than Subway, which are horrible!

This place deserves a much higher rating than what it has. I was staying close by and decided to stop in at lunch for a sandwich. The store was very clean and the staff was friendly. The sandwich was delicious and the wheat bread was amazing. Ended up coming back for dinner and got some chili, which was honestly some of the best chili I've ever had. The service was very quick both times that I went. I'll definitely be stopping by when I'm back in town.

I'm surprised at the low ratings. This is a basic sandwich shop. My wife and I got turkey sandwiches and a kids meal with milk and apple sauce. The sandwiches were good, the staff was friendly, our order was not messed up. A typical small sandwich shop

Milio's on Commerce is at the foot of a hill serving three hotels and a condominium. Adjacent to Milio's is an extensive collection of condo's , senior living, apartments...the usual busy and growing Madison. We had had a busy stressful day visiting sick relatives and did not want to mess with a big dinner. Milio's has never failed for us. We ordered one sandwich which we shared, plenty for us. Milio's is a little more expensive than Jimmy John's or Subway but the quantity of the fillings and the taste of the bread is excellent.
Great local food place to go to in Madison Wisconsin River in town you should try it I personally think I love their sandwich the godfather oh my god that's the best sandwich I've ever had in my life thank you this is Jack I'm the best Gilbert out there

This rating is for the Milios in Sauk City, WI. Someone at corporate needs to visit this store. We have visited at least 5 times in the past year. We have been disappointed EVERY time. The sandwiches have nothing inside them! One piece of meat, maybe two if you're really Lucky. It's truly like eating a sub roll with lettuce in it. We love Milios, everywhere else, but in our own home town.

Standing in line for a mobile order....really?Milo's sandwiches are fine and I love that they've added the lettuce wrap option. However asking mobile order users to stand in line and sign off on their prepaid order, defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. Mobile ordering is a grab and go process or its a no go process for me. Will just mobile order from Panera next time.

I am from Michigan so this place compared to Jimmy John’s. It is a newer building so it was very clean inside. Small, maybe 10 tables. Prices are average the calories are next to each sub so you know what you’re getting. If I lived in the area I would most likely not go again. It was convenient and next to my hotel Homewood Suites. They do deliver. Kitchen is open so you can watch what they’re doing. Just an average sub shop. They do have a lettuce wrap for those doing keto.
