It was our first time in mission bbq today. It was close to the hotel we are staying at(in town for a concert) and we love bbq. The menu was a lot for a first timer. A gentleman with braids named Adam picked up on this and without our asking explained helped us make sense of it. He then stopped by our table to chat us and ask how the food was(excellent btw) and added to the seamless experience by letting us know that there is a Mission location near our hometown, which we will definitely be trying out!

Mission BBQ- Madison East catered our wedding and it was fantastic! We tried all of their food for the first time during our tasting. Elvia was kind, explained things well, and catered to our every need. Mission BBQ was thousands of dollars cheaper than other BBQ restaurants in the area. The day of our wedding, they showed up and set up unnoticed, served hot, delicious food, and quietly packed up. It was completely unproblematic and they packed up the few leftovers for us to keep. We have heard from many wedding guests how they now regularly eat at various Mission BBQ locations because they now know how delicious it is. We stopped in to the restaurant a couple months after our wedding. They recognized us and treated us so kindly again. Top tier food and service at one of the lowest prices.

3 Meat sampler was delicious, I chose pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket. They asked if I wanted the brisket slight more dry or more moist, which was nice. Ady had the brisket sandwich and she said it was amazing. All the meats were fresh and moist, we liked the Memphis Belle and Smokey Mountain sauce choices, they had 6 choices at every table. The staff were really friendly, will be back again.

Love this place. The wife and I were there the other day at noon, and the staff and the people sitting down eating all stopped doing everything and stood up from the national anthem. It was so cool to see everyone stopped what they were doing and joined in singing the star spangled banner.. AWESOME...
