I've always loved the west side location. Great, delicious food!! Awesome, friendly staff! So when I found out my boyfriend had never been to Mod, I knew I had to get him there! He lives in McFarland so we went to the Eastside location.There was a lady working there on the Eastside who was pretty aggressively rude to me when she asked what we'd like. After the initial questioning of what we wanted to order, the guy she was working with told her he'd help me with my order (I was building my own pizza) and she could help my boyfriend (who was ordering off the menu). You could tell he noticed how she was talking to me and decided to step in...I definitely noticed and my boyfriend noticed, too. I felt confused about why she was being mean to me, insecure about what felt like unprovoked attitude, and really uncomfortable...so, I was glad her coworker took over! He was really great! And the guy who cooked our pizzas was really great, too. Friendly and funny!!There weren't many people in there but several must have just left because all the tables were dirty. We found the least dirty one and just brushed the crumbs off and sat there. The food was DELICIOUS!!! So good!! My boyfriend said it was one of the best pizzas he's ever had!! We overhead the lady asking the guy who took over my ordering part when someone else was coming into work...she seemed frustrated and maybe that's why she was rude to me? Her response to me seemed like she didn't want me to build a pizza, wanting me to order off the menu. (It was lunch time, not dinner but Maybe she was just tired? I don't know what time the staff have to come in.)The guy who took over my order was out cleaning tables when we left and he offered to take our dishes, which was nice.Overall: Two of the staff were great! She wasn't. Clean tables weren't available. The food was fantastic!!!

The people working locked the doors and wouldn’t let anyone else in once they got busy. Even after they weren’t busy they didn’t unlock the door for other guests. Pizza was barely cut. But was relatively good.

Good pizza at a decent price. I wish they had a few more topping options, but everything is always fresh and tasty. My only complaint is that their hours are limited (and have changed several times) & their website/online ordering sometimes shows a store is open when it's not.Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetarian options, as well as vegan/DF cheese.

Visited Sunday 1/7/23 at 130pm. The store was closed, but the sign said open until 5pm. Tried calling no one would answer for over an hour, finally someone picked up and said the closed from not having any dough. I see others have similar experiences. So they close at 1 and pay the employees until 5?

Disappointing trip last Saturday. Staff was awesome but everything else not so great. Long wait time to start the pizza making despite not being busy. Pizzas portions were way off and didn't stay in the oven long enough. Unfortunately won't return.

This place is a dumpster fire! So sad because they weren't always this terrible. They post limited hours and then can't even abide by them. They posted that they would be open from 11am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. We arrived at 12:30pm and were rushed out so they could lock the doors. Our pizzas were undercooked as a result. It would be better to just shut it down altogether.

3 stars just because the worker was very un pleasant and was very angry. I do believe he walked out of work well making are pizzas. It was good though so that's a plus. Price is fair I always take home food.

I love MOD Pizza, but I will never go back to this one. The customer service was rather atrocious. The staff has no clue about the food and it sure didn't taste good.

Closed the day I first tried it; online ordering with no way to pick upIn-store when I tried today.Love the concept and the food is good, but it’s concerning they can’t hold onto staff.Pay your employees better/treat them nicer, so you’re able to properly staff your business.
Usually LOVE Mod but tonight was disappointing. Ordered 3 pizzas and no name cakes for carry out. Got home and the cheese pizza had hardly any cheese and the other pizza was missing the green peppers and black olives but they were on the receipt. The third pizza was really burnt. They also put our no name cakes on top of the hot pizzas. When we came in to get the pizzas they were tipping chairs up so people couldn’t sit at 5:45pm. It’s just not the kind of service I expect at Mod. I think I’ll go back to Sun Prairie next time…

mine always has very good pizza I got the pesto with ricotta and some other toppings like bacon and sauce and oh my goodness it was very good I really like mod it’s a very good pizza place you should go

What can I say, Mod is always a fun place for custom pizza creations. I usually get a grape boylan bottle of soda and a no name cake. Staff is always fun and talkative. Oh make sure to add Mike's hot honey.

Nasty! I love the concept. Mix and match all you like, in an easy format to understand the very first time you go there. My pizza was cold and raw in the middle. However, I am not a fan of raw dough. Perhaps that is just me. It is my experience that a fast cooked pizza will never be cooked safely all the way through. Great concept!!! Very poorly orchestrated.
