We actually quite like Mod Pizza. The subway style pizza is fantastic. You tell them what you want, they build it and the toppings don't cost extra, maybe that's even a little better than subway. They cook it up for you and you get an amazing thin crust pizza made just the way you want it. Their no name cake is amazing. We also love the marinberry lemonade. Can't pass that up. The service is sometimes hit or miss. The last visit some of the staff seemed very frazzled, lacked hair nets or control of their hair, just seemed to lack some of the food service hygiene. This was rhe first experience with that, normally the staff is very composed and tidy. That was a bit of a turnoff this visit. Price wise, they aren't bad. They are on par with just about any fast food place and the food is better than most. We will continue to visit but hopefully they can tidy up the food service hygiene.

First time here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We let the guys know we were unfamiliar with their restaurant so they gave us the run down on how things worked. We picked our crust thickness, crust size and toppings. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. The workers were all friendly and very helpful through our whole experience. We'll definitely be coming back. Thanks for the great experience guys!!

Good for what it is - quick, easy, Neapolitan-esque style pizza with lots of options. Best pizza in town? No, Novanta and a couple others take the edge, but it's better than Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc

Super helpful and friendly staff that made special effort to make a pizza for me that did not have any stray cheese in it for me (I have a dairy allergy). Went during lunch. A bunch of local rude high school students just hanging out, not ordering food, and just taking up tables. Will never go back, durning lunch time due to the terrible atmosphere and lack of seating. It was really difficult ordering due to language barrier. Pizza was great.

We just dined at west towne MOD pizza and had excellent service! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Jesus suggested a sauce topping to my husband and he tried on one piece. He went back and asked for additional sauce! We will be back - so great to be around positivity!

Absolutely wonderful staff, incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I can be particular on how I like my pizzas done and the guys here with nothing but receptive and kind. I went the Tuesday Evening time frame- and the staff are just knocking it out of the park. Exact environment you'd want for a pizzeria, reasonabley clean and comfortable seating. If you've been burned with mediocre MOD pizza before- they're doing it right at this location.
