I have been customer at this location for years, they are very nice and their drinks are great! Their specials are so creative and they have started to put art up around the lobby.The people working there are just so kind, over the years there have been a few times where they comped items even though they really did not have to. Everyone there is just so pleasant, even when they are very busy, and it seems like they are kind to each other which is very nice to hear!From what I see they do everything in their power to have the best service and atmosphere they can, I go there when I need a pick me up and it always works!

Every single time I come here, I am greeted by the most pleasant and upbeat staff. I dont think it's because they are jacked on caffeine, I think it's because they are genuinely fantastic humans - especially Stacey. I have been coming here for years for the most delicious coffee, and she always remembers even the littlest details about what we may have talked about the prior time I stopped by. It makes you feel nice. So I think this place is the bees knees, as they put some sun in my day and make me less homicidal on my way to work. What more could a girl ask for? Mmmmmmmoka

Stopped at Moka earlier in the week after having a really awful start to my day. Serenity greeted me at the window and provided me with one of the warmest customer interactions I have ever had. She asked me about my day, and seemed genuinely invested as to how I was doing as a person. Moka typically isn't my go to for daily coffee simply due to prices. However, after having such a pleasant interaction I will definitely be back to see her smiling face and have some great conversations with her again!!!

Wonderful coffee shop, only reason for 4/5 is the congestion of the parking lot/drive through with very little direction as to where to head.I had an almond lavender latte & some of their moka bites (which are to die for!). Everything was very good & reasonably priced. Definitely will return.

Waited behind one car for 10 minutes(they ordered 1 drink) only to get three lattes made with burnt beans. It's impossible to drink scorched lattes. The taste is horrible. I paid almost $25 for three drinks that went into the garbage.

I understand employee shortages can be a terrible thing. Not so sure that's what happened here, since I saw at least 4 different employees. Thing is, I don't know why it takes 30 minutes waiting to get coffee drinks.Order taker came to my car and took my order. When I got to the window, an entirely different order was repeated back to me. And it took two tells to get it corrected. The cashier yelles back to the order taker what it really was, and they replied "yeah, I turned it around in my head" ... next time bring a pen and pad.

Pulled up at 4:50pm with two cars ahead of us. The sign says closes at 6pm. We got up to the window at 5:10 the worker asked for our order than precedes to lecture us for several minutes that they close at 5pm and we should know this because there is a small orange cone out. We did not know this, as it was our first visit there and like I said the posted hours say they’re open until 6pm. It took another 10 minutes to receive our order and there were two more cars waiting behind us which caused her to become very agitated. Sorry to say we won’t be back.
