genuinely the best iced black and white mocha i’ve ever had. i’ve never heard of it prior to ordering it here for the first time a couple of years ago and have tried ordering it at other coffee shops when im out of town but they never come close (and i end up ordering just a vanilla latte instead…) i don’t know what makes the black and white mocha so good but whatever it is keeps bringing me back so thank u moka

The coffee was $5.48 for a triple latte and the cup was more than empty. I was charged and yet not given the quantity I was charged for. Some staff is okay but some are rude. Not satisfied and no worth for money at all.

The people that work at this location deserve five stars at least — they're really quick, pleasant, and they make consistent drinks! I took a star off for corporate policy because *come on guys* — it's 2023 and I can't add a tip to my credit card purchase? Every other coffee chop manages to do this. Makes me worry all the good people will quit. GET WITH IT, MOKA.

This is the worst coffee shop ever. They never open on time forcing people to go to Starbucks. This happens quite a bit at this location. Never have issues at the east Washington Ave.
