The coffee was $5.48 for a triple latte and the cup was more than empty. I was charged and yet not given the quantity I was charged for. Some staff is okay but some are rude. Not satisfied and no worth for money at all.

The coffee here is bad. Mochas are their signature drink because the cheap beans they use don't taste good without copious amounts of chocolate and sugar. More importantly, though, they steal employees' tips. If employees are late, their tips are illegally docked, and the employees seem to be micromanaged within an inch of their lives. Do not support this place. They are wage thieves who serve bad coffee.

The people that work at this location deserve five stars at least — they're really quick, pleasant, and they make consistent drinks! I took a star off for corporate policy because *come on guys* — it's 2023 and I can't add a tip to my credit card purchase? Every other coffee chop manages to do this. Makes me worry all the good people will quit. GET WITH IT, MOKA.

Great coffee. Great baristas. Great location. I'm a big fan of their rotating seasonal drink menus and you should be too. Service is always quick, even with the high volume of people at their walk up window and inside ordering kiosk. Not feeling coffee? Give their sport tea a try. Peach sport tea with lemonade is a can't miss!
