Staff always there but inobtrusive. Seemed to like the occasion, smiles for everyone. Total restaurant quality. Massive operation starting with the horse doovers and canopies and continuing with the salads and dinners, it all went clickety click. Cleanup was probably even a bigger job. Evening I was dreading but your catering made it a smash.

We recently coordinated an event at Monona Terrace and I cannot say enough about the Monona Catering staff! From working with Jeanette on initial planning details to the day of, they were great throughout the entire process. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was great! They were even willing to accommodate a special request our clients had during dinner that really made our client's day, and the Monona Catering staff never made it seem like we were asking too much. Another thing that really stood out with their willingness to go above and beyond was the day before the wedding when I was unloading boxes of decor from my SUV onto a cart, one of the catering managers saw me struggling with one of the boxes and he stopped what he was doing and helped me unload the items and assisted me with getting the items inside. In this day and age when everyone is going a mile a minute, the time that this gentleman took to stop and help will be remembered for a long time. Thank you Monona Catering!
