BuffWldWngs didn't acknoweledge me for 7 minutes an I walked out and came here. I was immediately greeted when I came through the door, given 2 menus, told me his first name (Denis), and told I can sit anywhere I like, he will be right with me. As soon as I sat he asked what I would like to drink. THAT is the kind of service that brings people back! Awesome! Food was great and really fast. Drink was perfect. I will be back for sure!

My husband and I were there with a group of friends. Seems that the waitress was more interested in serving everyone except the same sex couple. We ordered beer, food, etc before one of our friends that was sitting with and everyone in the group was served before us including people that ordered well after us. It was noticed by us and by others.

Saddened by my experience here today. I went before the Packers-Commanders game started, essentially to watch the game and eat. No waiter came to the table, I tried catching their attention, nada. People coming after me were attended to. Heck the gentleman next to me got a menu, ordered and finished his food without anyone coming near me. Almost an hour later, I walked out. 1 star because I can’t give a zero. They were not that busy to justify this behavior. The couple of times I’ve been there I enjoyed their sweet potato fries and Mushroom & Swiss burger. Horrible customer service.
I pulled in here on my bike during a storm. Amazing food. Awesome service. Kelsey is a kick ass server. I will stop again!

I’ve been here a few times over the years living nearby but never really impressed and always left feeling like I could eat more. For the same price at Red Robin down the block you’d get more food. Folks really only come here for the beer selection and maybe that’s my fault expecting more of the food. The $2 up charge for fries and then you get barely a whole potato of fries is laughable. While no one at the restaurant was smoking the store next door is a tattoo and piercing shop and throughout dinner there was the smell of cigarettes as people came in and out of the tattoo shop. The pickle chips appetizer was good and thankfully everyone else was occupied by their meals that I was able to finish the app off.
