I really enjoy the rolls here. Although the menu is Americanized, they definitely have an authentic atmosphere and friendly service.

Muramotto was an incredible experience.
The sushi prepared by the chef in the crisp white hat was an extraordinary display of skill and balance. Each piece revealed harmonious contrasts: the rice perfectly warm and seasoned, the fish cool, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth, with layers of flavor that lingered delightfully. Textures ranged from delicate softness to firmer bites that added satisfying interplay, while bright, clean notes danced with deep, savory umami. Every element—from seasoning to temperature to presentation—showed a level of precision and intuition that could only come from years of experience, making the meal truly unforgettable.

Adventurous for us we decided to try sushi and it was really good. Muramoto is known for its excellent sushi and they didn't disappoint! We had the Maki Combo that has 3 different sushi rolls , chefs choice, but you can specify any ingredients you want left out or if you have any specific food allergies. A must have is the tempura appetizer though. Super delicious with a mild spiced mayo dip. Different veggies (Bell pepper strips, zucchini, carrots, cauliflower and asparagus) fried in a crispy tempura batter. Yummy. The Kimchi was good. We enjoyed the Edamame in salted shells (large serving for only $4) The Choya plum wine on the rocks is a winner too.

Restaurantji Recommends
The Japanese curry is so good. I wish they had it past 3pm, would love to get it more often
Salmon cuts were thin and included the brown fat line, which is disappointing. The restaurant has no sound dampening to speak of, so it's as loud as a garage would be with 30+ people.
Highly recommend will be going back
Probably one of if not the best sushi in town. I've seen plenty of new places pop up but nothing ever hits the same as Muramoto.
SO GOOD. Was driving all day and came for sushi and was blown away. Super clean restaurant with really nice staff. service was quick and fish was high quality and delish. Hands down best miso soup i’ve ever had. the sea weed is nice and fresh and the rice is super yummy 100/10 will be returning. i would add a photo of the food but i downed it so fast so you’ll just have to trust me.
