I have gone there several times to eat, the food is excellent. The people are very nice. But today the waiter who served us seemed not to have a good day, part of the good experience is not only the food but how the server treat you. The server who attended me never asked me if I wanted something to drink, I ordered a hibachi steak, he didn’t ask me how would I like my steak?. He didn’t come to ask if we were missing something, he just came to give us the bill and that’s it. He didn’t even ask if we wanted something else. The food 10/10 as always. But the attention today did not make my visit to Niji the best.

Took my daughter to lunch this afternoon and it was horrible. (Not everything). 1. If appetizers are ordered please allow me time to enjoy them and don’t bring everything at once 2. CLEAN your SHRIMP!!!!!! My daughter started eating her shrimp and said it tasted funny. They didn’t clean it 🤮🤮. Then tried to originally charge me for half of it because she ate some. They did finally take it off the bill.

Very fun place for a group of people, service was on the verge of excellence, and overall prices were very fair. Both appetizers and food were excellent, savory, tasteful, and prepared perfectly. The hibachi show was very nice and it was great having a chef that engaged us with his show to make us all an important part of the experience.
