“Pretty decent spot for an intro to some Vietnamese dishes.

Sometimes the Pho can be the best in town. Sometimes it's not as great.

The owner/family that run and service the restaurant are fantastic. Always a pleasure to interact with and they take their business seriously. Other servers are just okay, nothing to complain about really.

Wish the place had a bit more space, because it can get busy at certain times.“

“You know the food is going to be delicious, when you hear the pressure cooker releasing steam in the kitchen. And the items we ordered did not disappoint.

We ordered Ngoethuk, Mothuk, Tingmo, and the famed butter tea. Ngoethuk (chow mein) comes with a side of delicious broth. The hearty Mothuk (dumplings in a soup) warms the soul. The spice levels are adjustable for all items.

Although savory, we saved the butter tea and the Tingmo (rolled steamed bread) for “dessert”.

The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is cozy, yet welcoming. It feels like I am at my friend’s house and their parents are feeding us.

We have been there twice now and always look forward to going back to try out their other menu items.“

“Walked over after visiting MMOCA for dinner. No waiting and order cordially taken. Promptly served entrees. The food quality was very pleasing and appropriately portioned. Both entrees tasted very good and fresh ingredients were used. First time visiting but would return.“

“Great place for hearty and comforting, delicious noodle soups! The service is fast and you get a large portion of the soup with lots of protein hard to finish in one go. We had the rice noodle soup with bang bang chicken (hot, beware) and coconut red curry flavored rice noodle soup (mild, easy). Both had excellent comforting flavors with a good heat. Will highly recommend, especially during winters!“

“Great fulfillment of a niche. Large portions of basic noodle dishes, plus a few other options. The pad Thai is great, the pho is good, and the food is ready crazy fast. If you are vegetarian/vegan and want to do takeout, make sure you call to order and be really clear that you want no meat, no meat broth - we had a problem with that one time, but they remade it for us when we told them what happened. Ever since we have tried to be more clear and it has been great!“

“Soooo good!! The pho and bun bo hue tasted purely authentic!!! Soooooo much better in quality, freshness, price, and service then Ha Long Bay. Ha Long Bay is EXTREMELY overrated and I would personally give it a 1 out of 5, this place is TRULY a 5/5!!!!!! So worth it.“

“Noodles is a very unique place when it comes to serving pasta. I ordered the bbq mac n cheese a couple of times, it’s very damn good. Also, the inside may not be very big but it’s very appealing to look around. 9/10, would recommend

Kid-friendliness: There’s a lot of high schoolers who go there for lunch’s and whiles it’s busy they all keep there cool.“

“I love this place. Dumplings are good, noodles are good and the buns are good. Ive only gone a couple of times, and only when I have the money since its a bit pricey, but it if def worth it. It tastes really good and you get a good amount of food.“
