Walked over after visiting MMOCA for dinner. No waiting and order cordially taken. Promptly served entrees. The food quality was very pleasing and appropriately portioned. Both entrees tasted very good and fresh ingredients were used. First time visiting but would return.
Food was mediocre. Korean style noodles had nothing Korean to it. The lights in the restrooms upstairs wouldn’t turn on?
I ordered a BBQ mac & cheese and wanted extra BBQ drizzle, however on the Noodles app, because I’d ordered extra cheese sauce, it wouldn’t let me modify my order and add the extra BBQ drizzle I always have ordered, paid for, and received in the past. And since it’s a BARBECUE Mac and cheese, so you’d think you could call and simply order extra barbecue sauce, correct? It’s such a silly technological issue, and I believe a quick call could’ve gotten it all fixed. Ha.
Well, over the phone, they told me that they would *not* get me the extra BBQ sauce I was literally willing to pay for, because they can’t take orders or card info over the phone. So being a logical person, this is my thought process: if it’s 1 dollar for BBQ drizzle (not even cooked with the noodles, it’s literally drizzled on the end for garnish), and I’m a regular customer who always orders my dish this way, I’m willing to pay, and I’m not being a jerk… then maybe just ADD THE EXTRA SAUCE. It’s basic customer service. It’s human decency to say “oh, that’s crazy you couldn’t get barbecue sauce. Our app is weird, I’ll toss in the extra drizzle but next time please come in person.” And just call it a day. Jeez.
One dollar is NOT worth losing two customers who order often, have always been willing to pay, and have always been polite. It’s such a weird and mean power trip on their end to ruin an entire meal over some BBQ.
To conclude, I’m THOROUGHLY disappointed at my experience at noodles tonight, and I will make sure to tell other people about how this experience has been handled.
Service is inconsistent. Wednesday afternoon shift seems to be less than competent.
Can't complain!!! Classic comforting noodle dishes, quality is good and equal to most other locations. Never disappointed by staff.
accidental i placed my order at the wrong location (this location) and a worker named ryan was so sweet enough to help me work it out. great service!
they gave me a water cup for free with no questions asked even tho i didn't order anything else. thanks y'all

My friend and I both got mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was good, but I would recommend making the switch back to 100% ceramic bowls. She was upset to have received a plastic bowl and stated that it “ruined her experience” employees were nice, building is pretty.

The order was a bit slow, but they were also quite busy. Food was good as always. This was a great stop for a bit to eat while walking around the Capitol and State Street.

Ordered via Doordash a Pad Thai with Grilled Chicken. It did not have grilled chicken, or the sauce that usually comes on the noodles. Called to ask for a refund/redelivery/etc. They told me to go through Doordash support, which makes sense. But the food was still wrong and the person was pretty unapologetic about the order. Oh well.

Not that reviews matter at places like this. It’s gone down hill from previous years. Got the pesto and noodles were cold and undercooked. Still tasted hard. My daughter got the buttered noodles with grilled chicken. lol the chicken. They gave her maybe 5 pieces of chicken. I didn’t think you could mess up cooking noodles but here we are.
