I got the Japanese noodles. It must've been an off day today because they're usually good. But today the noodles were burned. The service was good however, got the preferences correct.

The Penne Rosa was inedible. The noodles were under cooked and crunched, there was little to no sauce and the added chicken tasted burnt. Waste of money!

Just downloaded yelp because I have to give my support for my favorite restaurant. This Noodles & Company makes some of the most delicious food I have ever eaten in my entire life. Seriously, I know I probably sound crazy, but they know how to get it done here. Incredible service too, I was helped by two workers named Ryan and Mara who were incredible. I love the three floors, it gives the restaurant a very unique feel. Taste: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Service: 11/10 Overall: 10/10 Noodles & Company on State St has my heart forever.

Only one shrimp no extra mushrooms or spinach. I'm so pissed. And I'm at work doing a 12 hour shift. I don't recommend this place to anybody. I paid for something that I didn't receive. Pissed???
Update: Noodles and Company had corrected the issue with the bus stop!You have been blocking the bus stop near your restaurant for weeks.There is a row of trash and recycling containers on the sidewalk that prevent passengers from exiting the bus.As you can see, there is a noodles and company logo on the trash containers. There are a growing number of passengers who are unhappy with this.What solutions can you consider to correct this issue?

I like how this place is accommodating and how they provide prompt services. I feel that the people running the cash register could speak a little louder and be more engaged with helping customers with their orders and the Noodles app. At one time, the kitchen delivered the food to the tables for the dine-in customers. I find this frustrating that they stopped doing this as it is hard to hear our names when they are called. Food is always served hot.
