The older woman who I’m pretty sure is the manager was one of the kindest people my friend and I have ever encountered. She absolutely killed our dinner and made sure everything was right. She came to our table to make sure our food was good. Just so incredibly sweet. If you're reading this, you made our experience amazing.

Soda machine out of order, also meaning no water available without purchasing a bottle. Bathroom stall out of order, no soap. Dine-in bowls are served in plastic with plastic silverware. Very slow service. I recommend double checking your order for errors and missed items.

East side Noodles is Consistently slow, almost always gets something in my order wrong, dirty floors. The food isn't any different from any other Noodles, but I think they need to hire more people to make things faster, and keep the place cleaner.

I remember getting more for the cost I paid when I took my kids and myself in the past. I know it’s occurring everywhere right now, but it shouldn’t cost $55 for 3 meals and drinks. If I ever pay that much again I want someone to fill my drink for me and remove my trays when I’m done.Vegetarian options: Anything you order in a bowl starts as a vegetarian meal. You pay extra for the meat ?Kid-friendliness: It was fun for kids to “build” their own pasta bowl (chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu).

'Restrooms for paying customers only' sign on the door. What a joke... it's a Noodles and Co, not a five star restaurant. Maybe this is a hot take, but I think our community members deserve safe places to pee or take meds when they're out in public and shouldn't have to spend money for their trouble. If this means additional restroom cleaning for your business, hire more employees or pay them to work more hours. But serve the community first and foremost and they'll serve you in turn.I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
The cashier could not make change for the woman in front of us and when he took our order it was as if he either wasn’t awake or was high. We both ordered buttered noodles with Parmesan chicken. The noodles were under cooked and very dry and extremely salty. The chicken had many bites with gristle.Moving in to the cleanliness…we should’ve just walked out upon entering. The floors looked as they hasn’t been Cleaned in a month. Windows sills were extremely dusty. Soda machine has over splatter that was obviously not from just one day but more like a month.I know it’s hard to find good help but I’m sure the health department would have a field day there.

Ordered delivery, waited an hour just to find out that I was missing my drink and rice crispy treat. Which is obviously disappointing to say the least. When I called the store to see how this would be made right, I was told by the manager that I could drive there to get the missing items or I could have a free bowl coupon sent to me in the mail. The manager did not apologize and hung up on me. I attempted to call back but no one at the store would answer. I will not be returning to this noodles location. Extremely poor customer service.

On multiple occasions has this location not given food that was paid for, they then only offer to send something in the mail or for the customer to go pick it up (even though it was a delivery order). Service is terrible, the manager hung up on my sister in law and then no one answered the phone when she called back. Would never recommend, would rather go to the Monona location from now on. Terrible customer service.

Do not go to this noodles and company. The staff has absolutely no idea what is going on and the food is rotten. The manager saw I was upset about my zucchini being brown and the chicken being hard and offered me a free pasta coupon, which is very nice, but I cannot go back because me and my partner got sick and went home immediately after and missed our movie. Free pasta cannot make up for how much my stomach hurts right now.
