I want to give a shoutout to Kaylie at the front counter, she was very accommodating and kind and made sure she explained everything to me so it made perfect sense. We did a personal cake for cutting at our wedding and it was amazing! 10/10 recommend. Amazing service, delicious & beautiful bundt cake! We planned to freeze the extras until our one year anniversary but couldn’t resist and already ate it because it’s so delicious!

Get ready to be told if your kid wants to use his Goldfish voucher for moving up a level for any flavor but what is on it that its either the bundlet flavor on the voucher or nothing at all with curt attitude. Expected to be told another flavor with the same cost can be exchanged or for a price you can get a different flavor your kids wants of the same size/cost but nope, zero accomodation taking what looked like a positive experience to try something new into a never go here again experience.

We had Hospice with us for about 4 months. They were so wonderful. I just wanted to send a thank you gift. Sounds like they loved them. Next I will send Bundt cakes to a funeral home who also helped us tremendously. Thank kind ladies at the Madison store.

Didn’t try anything cause I wanted a fork to eat my cake with but they don’t have forks???!!!!! They have tables for you to sit at and eat what you just bought but no utensils to eat what you just bought!!!!!!! Service and atmosphere was dumb cause they acted like I was a fool for asking for a fork…. It’s dumb dumb dumb to lose sales over a plastic fork….
I came here because they offer you free cake on your birthday when you sign up for their app. And I have not regretted it at all. I get weekly updates on their new products and services. It's so nice to be able to come in and try new flavors and treats. Also whenever you come in everyone is so nice. I really like this place.

I was planning to order two 10'' cakes and needed to get an idea about flavors to pick two. I asked if I can pay for 4 small cupcakes (bundtinits) given my planned order. But no(!), either $30 for 12 bundtinis to try different flavors or $6 for a bundtlets which only has one flavor. The business model just doesn't make sense to me. Took my order elsewhere.

I got a box of 12 cupcakes as a gift for my birthday and I absolutely loved them. The flavours were not too strong and the icing (not sure what it was) was actually edible, not sickeningly sweet. I got four flavours but loved the lemon and chocolate best. The red velvet and white chocolate raspberry were also really good. I highly recommend
