SYLVIE is an excellent waitress! She deserves a raise. She is genuinely friendly and warm, attentive, and charming. The food was also fantastic; came out fast, hot, fresh, flavorful. This was my best experience at Olive Garden to date.

An Olive Garden with attentive servers.

Food is what you expect from any other Olive Garden. This is a large location. One drawback, we arrived near 9pm and instead of utilizing the entire restaurant space, the hostess guided us to only one side. We asked for an area away from other patrons to enjoy our dinner. Not sure why restaurants do this but it feels a bit like herding cattle in over direction for the sake of keeping the cleaning in one area.

Our server William was very kind and funny. He provided suggestions for food and beverage choices.

Food tasted good and as you would expect. The sauce used in the lasagna is a basic marinara sauce with a few chuncks of tomatoes yet a bit on the watery side. The Alfredo sauce I heard was good and thick. The paired wine Merlot was ok.

I recently ordered food from Olive Garden, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food was extremely salty—so much so that I couldn’t even finish my meal. I usually enjoy their dishes, but this time the seasoning was completely off. I hope this was just a one-time mistake, but it really affected the overall experience.

A little-known fact - but in the footnotes of the bible, you can see that on an 8th day God designed the perfect Olive Garden server. He put an entire 24 hours crafting him to perfection, and He named His creation Kasey.

There’s no other way to describe the GOAT of the serving space. Absolute legend. Any Olive Garden can serve soup and breadsticks. Only THIS Olive Garden can have Kasey.

Went out for dinner tonight at Olive garden on the east side of Madison Wisconsin. We got seated waited 45 min before we received our bread sticks and soda. I ordered pasta your way with chicken added and my husband had lasagna fritta as a appetizer . I finally got my pasta 15 to 20 min later my husband got his appetizer. Very poor service. Never can back and ask how are food was plus never gotany refills on our soda. Food cold, and poor poor service.

Great dinner tonight for our 5th anniversary. Soup, salad, and breadsticks were great as usual. We had the baked ziti and the lasagna for our entrees. Kasey was a great, attentive, and friendly server. He even brought some extra breadsticks to pack up and take home with us :) Thank you Olive Garden East Towne!

We had the best service from Keely! I don't know if I've ever had someone be so prompt - and the breadsticks were always fresh. Just a great time.

The bathroom smells amazing!! Olive Garden, please drop a link to the cleaning products y’all use cause I want them in my bathroom too! Also whoever made the salads today gots them drowning in the sauce, just the way I like it with extra italian goodness. 10/10 olive experience today.
