I have always liked The Olive Garden! Foods that Built America 2024 has an interesting segment on the restaurant. Starting from scratch by Campbell's Soup executives who knew nothing about the restaurant business. The original name was The Olive Tree, which was already taken. Unable to get orders out fast enough on opening day, a decision to bring bread and salad to the table was born. Which I love!
Our server Oliver was the best! Fast, friendly, and funny. He made our night with amazing service and a few jokes on hand.

Great service. I was here on April 3rd for lunch with 3 other people we all enjoyed the soup and salad while my one friend had the lasagna, she said it was the best lasagna she had ever had, we had 2 bottles of wine, server was very attentive, we will be back

My friend recently became a manager there and i can tell he’s had a massive influence on the customer service. The atmosphere of the restaurant just seemed super happy and bright and friendly. Me and my partner ended up tipping 120$ because the service was absolutely fantastic and like no other. We will be back and we definitely recommend this place as a spot for dates and family outings.
Horrible waitress, ignored us after delivery of food. Had to ask for my bill, billed the wrong amount. Kind of huffy about having to work. We are from our of town and will never go there when we return for a visit . Time to train the employees in customer service!
Came with my mother for dinner and unfortunately for the first half of the meal there was a loud family and misbehaving children (Olive Garden is not responsible for this at all lol) but our waiter Oliver was very kind and apologetic for the situation and aswell as having amazing customer service and hospitality he offered us a free dessert for our troubles. ❤️Dietary restrictions: Limited but still good accommodations for those with gluten sensitivity (not celiacs or allergies)

We got there at open and we were the 2nd ones in the door yet watched multiple people get sat before us because they were "waiting on our server to get in". Food was great though.
