One of my favorite breakfast spots in the city. I love their selection but the hash browns w cheese are what keeps me coming. I will always recommend this place even if there’s a wait!!

Hands down one of my favorite breakfast spots in Madison! The food is hot, fresh, and delicious -- but most importantly, and unlike many other breakfast places, the portions are generous with pricing that still feels fair.
Their hash browns are unlike anywhere I've been before, wonderfully crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside, highly recommend.
If you're coming on the weekend or with a group, arrive early and be prepared for a wait. Sometimes parking can be a challenge during peak times. My fiance and I utilize their online ordering pick-up option, which is so convenient :)

Party of 4, first time visiting. Decor was bland, older building. Wait staff was friendly and the place was packed! My husband got the bacon waffle and eggs, very good and a little too much bacon, if that's a thing. I got the chili cheese omelette and it was good. I wanted to try a taste of the chili before committing and our waitress brought a sample. The flavor was nice, smoky and savory, not sweet. The omelettes are baked so the texture is different, more dense. My daughter got the potato pancakes and was not a fan. They are not like latkes but more pancake batter with a bit of potato added. Our other daughter got the blueberry waffle with chicken sausage and eggs. She was glad she got the blueberry topping on the side because it was so sweet. Two of us got coffee and that prompted the waitresses to stop and ask if we needed refills about 8 minutes. We were visiting and catching up and were a tad annoyed by the interruption but overall, I get it. The tab was a bit pricey in our opinion but we are all from a small town and understand the city is more expensive.

I honestly think most diners and breakfast places are overrated and not worth spending the money. But this place is the exception. The staff are incredible, so friendly and accommodating, even with the crazy lines and wait. The food is reasonably priced, with generous portions, free refills on coffee, and it's classic diner food but not as greasy. Love the potato pancakes and crepes. My little one even enjoyed the food and they had crayons and a coloring sheet for her. The wait wasn't even that bad, they get people seated really fast and clean the tables fast. Great family spot!
