Lemon Drop Martini is to die for! Filet Mignon was cut-with-a spoon tender and fabulously flavorful. And save room for the bread pudding, which is simply amazing! It was our first time here. We'll have to return to check to see if it's consistent!! Service was amazing and always with a smile.

Very enjoyable evening despite the very poor acoustics. Food and service were excellent, and would suggest that entrees are large enough for two people to share, especially for diners of a more mature age. Otherwise expect to bring the extras home to enjoy another day.

Have been to Otto's several times before and always enjoyed it very much. Last evening we were there to celebrate our anniversary and were welcomed with a gracious host and even more gracious waitress. Our before dinner drink was served downstairs in the bar by a most friendly bartender. Once seated upstairs our appetizers and then entree were served perfectly, hot, as ordered and everything was prepared with an expert presentation. When you do something with passion it shows. The entire meal made the dining experience wonderful and memorable.

Oh my gosh what a find!! The lamb chops were to die for! The caesar salad (with anchovies!) was delicious and the service was fantastic. The wine was great. We will definitely be going back!

The food was outstanding, service spot on and the ramp made getting into the dining room a breeze. We celebrated my parent's 69th anniversary and they were thrilled with the experience.

We had a very enjoyable dinner with friends. Food and service were very good. Cara was very nice and helpful. The noise level was a little high and bothered one of our friends. Perhaps some noise reducing ceiling pads could quiet conversations down a little. Overall, a good time.

Otto's was fabulous: food (the duck was incredible), service, ambiance. When in Madison, not to be missed.

Otto's food has been consistently good, love the drinks and food. Highly recommend this place.

We celebrated my birthday at Otto's last night and enjoyed excellent cocktails at the bar followed by an outstanding meal and wonderful service. Fun to enjoy the music and being outdoors on the deck!!

Loved the delicious tomato bisque soup, my sea bass meal, and the strawberry Napoleon and bread pudding desserts! The restaurant was very full the evening we were there.

Everything was outstanding! We sat outdoors and the ambiance was great, our server was very attentive and checked in with us often. The food was outstanding! We got the sampler starter and the crab cakes, the crab cakes in particular were the best I've had. Our drinks and entrees were also fantastic. It is on the pricier side, but for a special occasion was well worth it!

We were celebrating our 25th anniversary at Otto's last night and it was wonderful! Our waiter, Brian was friendly, efficient and took our picture for Facebook! The food was fabulous, rib eye steak and sea bass! We received a complimentary dessert which was strawberries and creme ruled in pylo crust - awesome! We met another couple that was sitting at the next table and we will be seeing them again! What a perfect celebration it was! Thank you for being such a warm and cozy place!

Always consistently amazing food, service and atmosphere at Ottos! They have the best filet mignon in town and the Mediterranean specialties are excellent. Don't make the mistake of skipping dessert! We also feel they are very reasonably priced.

First time visit. It was date night for the 2 of us. We came early to enjoy a cocktail or 2 prior to our reservation. Excellent old fashioned, friendly bartender. We were seated right on time. Brian was our server and made several recommendations from the calamari appetizer, to the lamb chops, and then the cherry cheesecake. He was spot on! Everything was prepared perfectly. We enjoyed every bite. We will return again with out reservation. Thank you, Brianfor a wonderful evening!

We've dined at Otto's before and it has always been a pleasant experience, until now. We were seated on the 3rd floor (lots of stairs) next to the stairwell. The noise from the lower floors carried upwards. This, combined with the conversation on our floor, made it impossible to hold a conversation at our table. In that regard, it felt more like a sports bar - not fine dining.
