We stayed at the Indigo on 3/28/24 and absolutely loved the service. We stayed in the bar area (7pm) and the bartender was excellent, made us an amazing Wisconsin Old Fashion Sour, excellent professional and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious and quickly served. We casually mentioned that my wife's birthday was the day before and the manager I assume, ( very friendly and professional, bald gentleman) brought us a Keylime pie out of nowhere! She was extremely happy. You guys rock, thank you so much and we have been here before and continue to stay here because of the amazing service. Both at the restaurant and at the hotel, hotel staff is also very friendly and even gave our dog a doggie biscuit. This is our all time favorite place to stay whenever we are in Madison. Our server was extra attentive with our order and communicating gluten-free to the kitchen. I got a passionfruit and caramel cocktail that was AMAZING. Highly recommend that and the cojita corn.
Loved the experience I can't wait to go back. Went for my birthday and I loved the food and was a bit shocked by the generosity that you can't seem to find at a decent restaurant in today's society. It was a really great experience.

Went to Palette for a birthday celebration with a few friends. The cocktails are by far the best in Madison. We ordered the salmon, braised short ribs, and Chef feature. Summer was our server. she was knowledgeable and prompt. I can't wait to go back!

Food was good! (Not to be confused with “amazing!”) Reasonably priced I thought. The cocktails though, they were fantastic! My wife and I both got one and I couldn't decide which I liked better. Service was very good too. Now, it was dead as a doornail when we were there, so take that into consideration. This was actually my first time in Hotel Indigo and I must say, they did a really nice job. The place looks great! I'd go back to Palette for sure.

Were there on a very busy Friday night. Service was friendly but was either not well trained or understaffed. Had to keep asking for menus, drinks, food. The red wine was very good but the champagne was flat. Food, however, was very good once it arrived.

The fish tacos are terrible. I saw a lot of unfinished ones. The berry salad was also not that good. Basically spinach leaves thrown onto a plate. Service was nice, but slow. Would never come here again.
Amazing food, amazing service, and amazing drinks. Bobby (the dude who runs the bar) is the best. Can't beat this hidden gem.

We went with friends for a pre-concert dinner. Our server was excellent, just the right amount of time spent checking on us without being intrusive. She accommodated a cooking method change for two of us (Fish fry) and was very helpful explaining menu options. Our food was really good, from bread to our main courses. Drinks are also unique! We will enjoy coming back here.
I loved the food, the ambiance was wonderful, I was able to enjoy my food with my husband. However, my meal didn't come with a side. I asked my waitress if I could add a side to my order and without an explanation, she just said no and walked away.

Service is very attentive. A few issues with our dinners as the hamburger bun was very dry, the salmon a bit overcooked and the fish tacos could have benefited from some more seasoning. We do enjoy or time at this place so will return.
