I've never had anything bad to say about Panera. So normally this would be 5 stars, but this is the sadest cookie I have ever seen! Over-baked and it looks like a young child decorated it. Do better.

Old bakery foods. Didn’t brother to warm up the cinnamon roll. Organization is super poor. Could have simply grabbed my order but waited until they cooked everyone else’s first, while one guy just aimlessly walked around. Won’t be back. Gone down hill a lot since I’ve visited last.

The service at this location is just abysmal. I visited in the morning on a Friday, not even an odd day or time, and there was no one at the counter. I had to wait for almost 5 minutes for someone to even come out from the back to take my order. I ordered two souffles and a cherry danish to go. I pay and leave and when I opened the bag I found that I had been given two souffles and a cinnamon roll. How do you even make that mistake? Or were you just not even listening to me when I placed my order? Ridiculous. I was also charged $18 for just those items which seemed high, but wouldn't have complained if I actually got what I ordered. I guess I should have asked for a receipt. But I normally just trust that the person behind the counter knows what they're doing. But in this case, apparently not.
