I would give 0 for service, no employees at the counter- they just threw the bag of food on the counter and walked away. No to go silverware- had to ask for a cup and then the employee just grunted and pointed to where the drinks were like helping the customer was a great inconvenience. They weren’t even busy but acted disgusted to have to help the customers.
