Won’t be back. Awful experience. Lots of other better choices for lunch or dinner. Waited in line for 5 mins. Finally used their kiosk that wasn’t working correctly. Took them 3 tries to get a salad correct.
This is the third straight visit where that location has had issues. The last time they didn’t have all the ingredients for our order. Said “ok” and added extra protein. Panera then charged me considerably more for the entree; didn’t have all the ingredients advertised but then charged me MORE. Be aware, Panera does NOT subtract when their customers don’t receive all ingredients, but have no problem charging more when you add to.

Hey girlfriend, this is a great place to go for lunch. Good food plenty of seating sometimes it does get crowded but that’s what any place these days. They have a great assortment of bakery items. Also good coffee nice assortment of cheese to choose from and a good menu. They had had a little bit of a downswing for a while with their service but it’s gotten a lot better so it’s just a lovely place to have lunch with a friend

Worst location I have been to. Although it is the closest to me, I have switched to the Mineral Point road location. I usually order the caprese sandwich with extra cheese. I pay for the extra cheese and they never put it on. Sometimes one half of the sandwich is made on two top pieces of bread and the other half on two bottom pieces of bread. They only put two slices of tomatoes instead of three. When I order light on the balsamic vinaigrette, the sandwich is so wet it is all over on the inside and outside of the sandwich. Either the people who make this can't read, or aren't trained properly, or don't care. I will never order from this location again.
The staff and managers at this location truly go above and beyond the call of duty. They treat every customer with care and respect. While I mostly go there for the amazing deal on the Unlimited sip, I see people enjoy their meals, chatting, laughing, and even crying. The staff is there for it all. They would literally be a shoulder cry on if someone needed it. And that makes a huge difference in people’s lives. 10 out of 5 stars! Shoutout to manager Corky!

If you like excellent Tuna salad you will have come to the right place! Everything they prepare is excellent but the Tuna is out of this world. I recommend you stop there today and see for yourself! You won't be disappointed!
