The staff and managers at this location truly go above and beyond the call of duty. They treat every customer with care and respect. While I mostly go there for the amazing deal on the Unlimited sip, I see people enjoy their meals, chatting, laughing, and even crying. The staff is there for it all. They would literally be a shoulder cry on if someone needed it. And that makes a huge difference in people’s lives. 10 out of 5 stars! Shoutout to manager Corky!

A wonderful start to our day. The general manager Corky was sooo… accommodating and friendly, a real Gem!! Great service and great food! My favorite Panera foods are the “Quiches” and the “Bear Claw pastry! I was so sad when they discontinued making the Quiches several years ago😢 But, very happy when you recently brought them back Although it was only 8:00 AM, the 1st batch of Quiches had already sold out! (a frequent occurrence) However, Corky had already put a 2nd batch in the oven!! Now, if you could bring back the “Bear Claw” pastry it would really make my day together with a lot of people’s days!! Love your good clean food without the MSG or preservatives! Keep up the good work! Appreciate the efforts of your general manager Corky! He made our dining experience very special! This is one of the best Panera store that I've been to. Very clean, well managed and always fresh food. The store manager Paulo is a wonderful guy and very hospitable and jovial. I ordered some cakes and pastries to take home but Paulo refused to let me pay. If you're in town, do visit this store for some great food and engaging conversation.

Awful service. Always try to use the kiosk but could not find what I wanted. Walked up to the counter with a smile and said hi and got no response from the lady behind the counter just a blank stare. Does not make me want to come back. Your custome facing staff should be friendly and welcoming.
I’ve taken my 1 and 3 year olds here twice now, as a solo parent outing, and both times the staff have gone above and beyond to help make everything easier for me while I manage getting my kids situated. The first time they brought my food out to my table after they saw my hands were totally full and this time the manager brought two cookies out to my kids. That was so unexpected and my 3 year old felt so special! Thank you so much for being a wonderful place for me to take my kids to!

I ordered soup, a bagel, a small salad and a drink to go. Got my food and left. . Realized I forgot my drink when I got home. Called Panera and said I forgot my drink. They said no problem stop by tomorrow and pick it up. I went there the next day, showed my receipt and they gave me my drink. No problem, no hassle, just great customer service. I will be back. Thank you Panera.

There was a deal if you bought a 50 dollar gift card you got a free 10 dollar gift card, which I did not see until after I placed my large order. The lady let me void transaction, buy the gift card, and then rang everything up again, all the while staying HAPPY!!!
