Awful service. Always try to use the kiosk but could not find what I wanted. Walked up to the counter with a smile and said hi and got no response from the lady behind the counter just a blank stare. Does not make me want to come back. Your custome facing staff should be friendly and welcoming.

I’ve taken my 1 and 3 year olds here twice now, as a solo parent outing, and both times the staff have gone above and beyond to help make everything easier for me while I manage getting my kids situated. The first time they brought my food out to my table after they saw my hands were totally full and this time the manager brought two cookies out to my kids. That was so unexpected and my 3 year old felt so special! Thank you so much for being a wonderful place for me to take my kids to!
Order was incorrect. Nothing else really matters. The people at this location are also not friendly if you aren't a regular customer.

I ordered soup, a bagel, a small salad and a drink to go. Got my food and left. . Realized I forgot my drink when I got home. Called Panera and said I forgot my drink. They said no problem stop by tomorrow and pick it up. I went there the next day, showed my receipt and they gave me my drink. No problem, no hassle, just great customer service. I will be back. Thank you Panera.

There was a deal if you bought a 50 dollar gift card you got a free 10 dollar gift card, which I did not see until after I placed my large order. The lady let me void transaction, buy the gift card, and then rang everything up again, all the while staying HAPPY!!!

The place is very dirty! It has really gone down hill! It needs new carpet. The carpet was really dirty. Also, it would help if someone vacuumed. I don't want to think what the kitchen looks like!

Food didnt seem fresh. Biggest issue is how dirty this place is. Every window ledge was covered in food crumbs. There is no way they are cleaning daily that filth had been there a while. Tables also havent been cleaned in a while. What a turn off.
