Today the 26th @ approx 2 pm I came to this store looking for bread.I stood before the bread looking and needed a little explanation I could not get.The young lady( short 5' 3", 115 lbs glasses dark hair, white, would not give me her name) at the register would NOT help me,she told me she wanted me to come to her so maybe I could walk back and forth to the bread, Does not she have to come to get the bread or am I supposed to jump over the counter?

used to come here all the time and it was great now u get lucky if they have any bread or charged lemonade their drink machine is also out of order and if you do get lucky enough to get bread it’s barely a nub of stale
I have eaten here multiple times. My work caters lunch from here every so often, and the orders are always right and on time. The food is always great and arrives warm. I gave them four stars because the online ordering process usually results in a 15+ minute wait irregardless of what time you set the pick-up for.

I love eating at this Panera, it's close to my work so I eat there probably once a week LOL. The staff seems quite friendly, and I appreciate being able to order at kiosks. My orders are usually taken care of very quickly. I docked a star just because they sometimes do get a pickup order wrong, especially if it's during a rush time, but it happens infrequently enough that it doesnt bother me overmuch. It's good practice anyway to double check your pickup items before leaving, that's not unique to Panera.

The restaurant is dirty every time I go there, today there were a few ants and flies, the bathroom is never clean, but the employees are always pleasant, oh yeah food on the floors and tables weren't wiped off.
