I had ordered pizza and wings, pizza was fine however the wings gave me food poisoning making me extremely sick. I have recovered after a day but I am 80% sure I have parasites after eating the wings. Just don't get the wings.

They didn’t add my wings or garlic knots. Called them and they said I had to call DoorDash, even though I didn’t place the order on DoorDash, I ordered from their site. DoorDash tells me they can’t help and tell me to call papa John’s. Call them back, and they say “our customer service department will get back to you within 48 hours.” How can a company fail to do something as simple as re-delivering or refunding an order? I was a driver at Jimmy John’s and I was always sent right back if there were missing items. Instead, I spent 20 minutes on three phone calls, with no real help. Frustrating. Can’t wait for the robot response “we’re so sorry to hear about this, how can we help in 48 hours?”
If these people ever learn how an oven works, shit is gonna work out.

Sunday afternoon, and they had only one lady working there. Poor lady was so harried and struggling to do her best, but when I called in to order I was told 15 minutes it actually took 45. That poor employee looked so beaten down running the store by herself, I'm surprised she didn't just walk out which is what I would do. If that is how Papa John's treats their employees, they should be ashamed.

Saturday 11pm. Two Workers (one black one Latino) were really rude. Especially black guy just excuse when we asked about order. Eventually he yelled at us. So Frustrating and Worst Papa johns

I ordered a pizza at 9 pm for delivery. I have been waiting for 4 hours. I've tried calling and no one will answer. I will be expecting a full refund even if food is delivered

Man do I love the pizza, but boy did I wait almost 2 hours for them to even START my pizza on doordash. Nothing worse than going to bed hungry when it says less than 30 minute delivery.

The worse pizza. Don’t order from this place. They use DoorDash. It arrived an hour later ice cold. Cocky DoorDash driver too. I got a cold piece of cardboard pizza. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Worst Papa's I have ever had. The pizza was wrong in all ways ... wrong crust, missing ingredients. The side of breadsticks was also wrong. Not one sauce included. Not sure why they let this continue to operate as a franchise.

I made this review about a year ago. I just called the store back to see if Micky was still a manager there. I spoke with the new store manager KJ. This gentleman made everything right even after a year. Incredible customer service. I really think this store will make a turnaround under new management and I am thrilled with how this gentleman handled it. I am keeping my old review below so people can see the experience I had at this store previously, but I will be upgrading to 5 stars.
I rarely leave reviews on companies, but the service I had today was awful. I ordered multiple things, and my medium pizza was over cooked and burnt. I offered to give it back in full (minus one slice), just wanted a remake, but to be delivered.
Instead all I got was laughed at and hung up on by a member of management named “Micky”
His approach to the situation was so incredibly immature I can’t believe he is allowed to be in charge. Hopefully someone reviews this phone call and replaces him, I can only imagine what he’s said to other people that would be less polite. Phone call happened at 6:16pm 3/5/23
