Extremely disappointed with the service here. I placed a pickup order at 11:30 AM for a 5:30 PM pickup to ensure everything would be ready for a party. When I arrived on time, I was told they hadn’t even started the order because a 'large order' pop up. It takes an extra 30 minutes to get our pizzas while my party was starting. What is the point of pre-ordering six hours in advance if the store doesn't respect the pickup time? No phone call, no heads up, just poor management. If they can’t make it, at least call so I don’t have to travel here and found out myself. I would give negative stars if possible.

They started using Doordash to deliver and its horrible. Three times now, my pizza shows up over and hour later than it should. For example, when I order at 5pm, it says it will arrive at 545pm. At 545 it still hasnt even been picked up from the store. Then the tracker says it will be delivered st 610, but every few minutes it changes to a later time. Eventually, it shows up around 7pm or 730pm. Annnnd the pizza isnt hot anymore.

Worst Papa Johns I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered at 9pm and didn’t get my order til 11:15pm. I have to work at 5. Terrible customer service. Everyone sounded like they were under the influence of something. My food arrived cold and you tell me if this looks like what I ordered?! NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible take out unfortunately! We ordered 6 pizzas and two wings online at 4:30 for a 6pm pickup and then waited in the store for well over an hour to get our food. We are college kids and go spend 80+ dollars to be late for the rest of the night was really disappointing. Maybe under staffed? I hope it gets better.

I made an order Oct 2 that was wrong g and also an hour late. I was told I would get a refund d and that never happened. I called tonight because I had made another order that’s also 45 min late so far.

When I asked about a refund, the manager told me he was too busy to help me and told me to call back later. Terrible customer service, can’t get an order right. I wish we could order from a different location, but the one on University is the one the delivers to us.

Super incompetent. Not even a top tier pizza place to begin with even if they do get the order right, but THIS location hire employees who clearly run off a healthy diet of paint chips and rubber cement fumes

Ordered EXTRA sauce and they gave me no sauce at all. Ordered a 2 liter cherry Pepsi and they gave me a 20 oz regular Pepsi. First world problems but I spent like 30 dollars for x2 10-inch pizzas. Smh. Incompetent

Cancelled my order without telling me. By the time I noticed they were closed. You guys can stop taking orders if it's too close to closing time. Would have understood. But having me waste a half hour waiting for it to find it wasn't coming sucks.

I had ordered pizza and wings, pizza was fine however the wings gave me food poisoning making me extremely sick. I have recovered after a day but I am 80% sure I have parasites after eating the wings. Just don't get the wings.

They didn’t add my wings or garlic knots. Called them and they said I had to call DoorDash, even though I didn’t place the order on DoorDash, I ordered from their site. DoorDash tells me they can’t help and tell me to call papa John’s. Call them back, and they say “our customer service department will get back to you within 48 hours.” How can a company fail to do something as simple as re-delivering or refunding an order? I was a driver at Jimmy John’s and I was always sent right back if there were missing items. Instead, I spent 20 minutes on three phone calls, with no real help. Frustrating. Can’t wait for the robot response “we’re so sorry to hear about this, how can we help in 48 hours?”

Sunday afternoon, and they had only one lady working there. Poor lady was so harried and struggling to do her best, but when I called in to order I was told 15 minutes it actually took 45. That poor employee looked so beaten down running the store by herself, I'm surprised she didn't just walk out which is what I would do. If that is how Papa John's treats their employees, they should be ashamed.
