Ordered a large meats pizza and garlic parm boneless wings and tried to order breadsticks but website kept kicking me back. Delivery time was exactly on time, no issue there. Received a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and plain boneless wings and the breadsticks didnt make it on the order. Called and the manager told me I would have to wait another 45 minutes to get my food and I would have to come pick it up. Im good, thanks for the refund.

Our Philly pizza tastes like straight mayonnaise was used as the sauce. This is disgusting. And inedible. Also no meat. Looks nothing like the advertising

The people here are very helpful and nice. The workers double checked everything and noticed a few items missing and made sure to get it before I left which I appreciated. Food is what you would expect from a papa John’s, and it is a take out only option here.

Papa Johns uses door dash to deliver their pizzas. We ordered a pizza at 4:15 to be delivered at 5:30. We did not get our pizza until 6:40. It was cold. We will not be ordering from Papa Johns on E Washington again. Probably not from any Papa Johns ever again. Extremely disappointed in this poor customer service.

Orders always correct. Ready when Iarrived as stated in the online tracker. They don't have thin crust in the small size. Easy to access nutrition information online. Extremely small parking lot.

I think a lot of the bad reviews for this place are from people getting delivery/ordering late. I've gotten carryout here a few times and I've never had an issue at all. It's ready very quickly (and when the website says it will be) and the staff working there are professionals who move pretty fast to make sure the food goes out ASAP. They've never even forgotten a sauce cup! (Which happens elsewhere pretty often.)--Sidenote: As someone who worked in the food industry a million years ago, you all who clearly have not should know not to order anything within an hour before closing. The last thing you want is to have an hour with no calls and then--with 20 minutes left before you shut the lights off and have been keeping busy by cleaning up + organizing things for the morning shift--an order comes in. So then you have to take everything back out, re-dirty everything and not leave then for more than an hour after closing. Sometimes when you've been there for 12 hours. Don't do that to people, just go buy a pizza at KT or something.--I gave four stars only because I've had PJ's wings at another store in a different state that were amazing and these are fine, but just not the same. I'm definitely going to keep going here in the near future.

I called to place an order 40 minutes before close and buddy kept telling me to dial 3 on the prompt. 20 minutes of fnckery. I called again. No prompt. I called customer service they said dial 6. My girlfriend called to see the same result. After all of this my girlfriend said why cant we just place an order with you. All we wanted was garlic knots. Then its we only do delivery right now. Ok. And its a 15 dollar minimum. Ok. So i order 3 bottles of pepsi. After taking my card number, Before finishing he tells us Door dash is who delivers it and since we weren't asked to give a tip it may not get picked up. Whoa whoa whoa you think I just paid for you to make food im not gonna get. Cause nobody in their right mind is gonna take an order that doesnt have a tip. I drove to papa johns to make sure I got my food. Silly dd driver did accept the order and i told hkm dont bother im right here. Garlic knots slaped but customer service sucked.
