The people here are very helpful and nice. The workers double checked everything and noticed a few items missing and made sure to get it before I left which I appreciated. Food is what you would expect from a papa John’s, and it is a take out only option here.

Papa Johns uses door dash to deliver their pizzas. We ordered a pizza at 4:15 to be delivered at 5:30. We did not get our pizza until 6:40. It was cold. We will not be ordering from Papa Johns on E Washington again. Probably not from any Papa Johns ever again. Extremely disappointed in this poor customer service.

Orders always correct. Ready when Iarrived as stated in the online tracker. They don't have thin crust in the small size. Easy to access nutrition information online. Extremely small parking lot.

Let me just say that I LOVE this place and location! They are always so nice and friendly. What I don't like is that these great folks do their job to perfection but these assholes Door Dash drivers suck ass! Its absolutely NOT Papa Johns fault these dick bags choose to take their marry time to do one simple job to deliver food. I don't feel that Papa Johns should be help responsible for what Door Dash does!

I think a lot of the bad reviews for this place are from people getting delivery/ordering late. I've gotten carryout here a few times and I've never had an issue at all. It's ready very quickly (and when the website says it will be) and the staff working there are professionals who move pretty fast to make sure the food goes out ASAP. They've never even forgotten a sauce cup! (Which happens elsewhere pretty often.)--Sidenote: As someone who worked in the food industry a million years ago, you all who clearly have not should know not to order anything within an hour before closing. The last thing you want is to have an hour with no calls and then--with 20 minutes left before you shut the lights off and have been keeping busy by cleaning up + organizing things for the morning shift--an order comes in. So then you have to take everything back out, re-dirty everything and not leave then for more than an hour after closing. Sometimes when you've been there for 12 hours. Don't do that to people, just go buy a pizza at KT or something.--I gave four stars only because I've had PJ's wings at another store in a different state that were amazing and these are fine, but just not the same. I'm definitely going to keep going here in the near future.

I called to place an order 40 minutes before close and buddy kept telling me to dial 3 on the prompt. 20 minutes of fnckery. I called again. No prompt. I called customer service they said dial 6. My girlfriend called to see the same result. After all of this my girlfriend said why cant we just place an order with you. All we wanted was garlic knots. Then its we only do delivery right now. Ok. And its a 15 dollar minimum. Ok. So i order 3 bottles of pepsi. After taking my card number, Before finishing he tells us Door dash is who delivers it and since we weren't asked to give a tip it may not get picked up. Whoa whoa whoa you think I just paid for you to make food im not gonna get. Cause nobody in their right mind is gonna take an order that doesnt have a tip. I drove to papa johns to make sure I got my food. Silly dd driver did accept the order and i told hkm dont bother im right here. Garlic knots slaped but customer service sucked.

Placed an order for delivery signed up for text updates said 26 min for delivery. No texts came. After 40 min I called to check the status sat on hold for almost 20 min no one would answer.

Food was good. I drive 8.5 miles to get my food because they don't deliver to my house. I was insulted when the lady behind the counter presented me with a credit card receipt that I had to sign for the express purpose of adding a tip. Pay orders have been handed to be with no receipt printed. Tipping for nothing beyond doing their job is not something I will ever do.

Order and paid for a Pizza and Garlic Bread at 11pm. 1 hour before they closed. Was told 25-35 mins. It’s now 12:45am no pizza, no update. I’ll be looking for a new reliable pizza place.

Ordered food at 10:30, it’s almost 12:30 and I still have nothing. I called at 11:15 and was told my food would be here once a driver picked it up. Since then, no calls, no apologies, no updates. No one will answer the phone now because the store is closed. I was charged $30 for food I never received, and every where else I could have ordered from is closed now. Do NOT order from this location. I was so excited to order out tonight since it rarely happens. Did y’all just throw my food away? Did you eat it? I’ve never had this happen to me, worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Worst customer service as well since you didn’t even have the decency to tell me I should order somewhere else.
