If you deliver for any apps such as door dash from this place beware other drivers take your food and you have to waste your gas and money because the staff here do not care. Was speaking with a female and she did not speak much English. I had 2 orders to pick up and they canceled both. The male which said he was the general manager several times is just the manager and he canceled the second order as the first one I had door dash cancel it because another driver picked up the order and they never confirmed the order. I asked the lady this. Do I need to waste my time to talk to door dash and get them to cancel the order and her answer was simply Yes. Do not waste your time ordering from this location or attempting to deliver from here.

I ordered pizza from the McKee location about once a week. For some reason if you order online, it’s a lot cheaper than if you order in person. Super confused on the pepperonchini and why it looks dehydrated??? Quality has gone down a bit but we love the crust.

I've ordered from this location multiple times, and have had too many bad experiences. I understand that during busier evenings it is harder for employees to keep up, that said, it is easy to see that the employees have no idea how to handle that rush. One evening I placed an order and arrived to pick up the pizza at the estimated time. Not only was it not ready, but I waited almost an hour and a half without an employee even checking with me for my name/order. There were dozens of people also waiting for their pizzas and getting little to no communication. On my most recent visit I ordered pizzas well I'm advance, many hours in advance in fact, and upon arriving I was greeted with a full lobby and once again, 0 communication. Pizzas were piling up, but because nobody was reading off the boxes consistently, there was little to no way to tell who's was ready or not. What is the point of ordering 10 hours in advance if the pizza isn't even going to be relatively on time?
I know that there are better ways to handle these rushes, and I sincerely hope for everyone's sake that they start implementing them. Otherwise, avoid this location. It will at least give their employees a break.

Poor customer service. Still waiting on the soda I ordered, the manager didn't seem to care about my delivery not being complete. They don't use their own delivery drivers, they use doordash who does not care. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Have used this location for over a decade. Used to be good. Over the past year or so have switched to Door Dash for delivery. Dashers don't use insulated bags. So, pizza is now often cold. Today dasher took another delivery first, so was close to 30 minutes after left store. It's winter and 16F outside. Needless to say, everything was cold and now have to spend time reheating it. Will stick with other pizza delivery that have their own drivers going forward.
I placed an online order to be at a later time and the website must have glitched because my tracking app said that it was getting made right now. So I went into the store and explained the situation and they didn't give me a hard time and just replaced my pizza at the right time. Honestly thought that was pretty cool and pizza was great!
