I called to ask about a coupon that I have from Papa John’s for a free medium pizza. Apparently the code isn’t real which I’m quite confused about but whatever I’m not going to demand a free pizza. But as I was saying I was confused before I could even say goodbye the person on the phone just cut me off and said sorry and hung up. I probably would’ve ordered one anyway but now I won’t be visiting this papa johns period. I’ve worked in customer service for 5+ years and it’s not hard to be kind to someone. Disappointing.

We’ve never had a problem with our orders, up until tonight. I think the location itself has never done us wrong. However, they utilize Door Dash for deliveries and tonight the driver delivered our pizzas sideways. I’d be cautious getting items delivered.

Its a no for me. I think its disgusting when an employee is eating and fixing orders at the same time. The people at this franchise look like inbreds from Wrong Turn. I wouldn't come back. Quality of what we ordered wasn't satisfactory.

What a great group of people! We went in to grab take out pizza and ended up having great conversation with all of the people working. Shifty, Vicki and Melissa were amazing and made us some of the BEST pizza we’ve ever had! Thanks guys! We appreciate you!!

It was very slow but delivery guy was nice old man. Wasn't hot but not the end the world. Taste was good. Just gotta work on getting order to customers faster.

I ordered this expensive meal specifically for the soda, only half of what I ordered delivered, simple delivery instruction states call at arrival, I received a call asking if I got the food? Apparently it was given to 1 of my roommates now involving him as he accepted an incomplete order on my behalf, was told will get store credit not helping as any stores in reasonable distance are closed they weren't when I submitted order, I felt there was a little deception in this and no resolution guess it just sucks to be me, next time I will just go get what I want for a fraction of the price avoid the agitation drama reviews all I wanted was some soda and was willing to pay a lot for that instead for a lot of money I receive tasks in reviews and aggravation,

They delivered to the wrong house and argued that is was delivered. They told us it will take another hour to get us another pizza. We just cancelled the order never ordering from there again.
Good pizza. We had the extreme hawaiian and it was good. Cheese bread was just okay. Reminded us of thin crust cheese pizza.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered the New York pizza. Took 2 hours 10 minutes to arrive. When it arrived it was cold. Tried it and it was awful. Threw the entire order out. This location should close its so bad.

Out latest experience with Papa Johns Fitchburg, WI location. After not ordering from here for over a year as the last experience was so awful we tried to order the New York style pizza. We tried online and it said you could only call. We called (God knows why) and the person puts us on hold. He comes back and we said we'd like to place and order. He said, "we aren't taking any orders tonight." (Jan 15). Why did they answer the phone? Why are they in business???? We're we being punked???? NEVER again.
