Got something that seemed to be coffee with milk that was not steamed, no whipped cream and a tiny hint of dark mocha flavor in the first sip only. This large drink cost me $6.80. The barista threw my receipt in the trash without offering it to me.Parking: Found 1 street metered spot across Langdon Street.

Payed 6 dollars and waited 20 minutes for warm milk. Ordered a chai latte, there was no chai involved. I never write reviews for anything but I've gone to Peet's a few times and had an awful experience each time. Service is slow and the drinks are incredibly poorly made and inconsistent.

The service is great! Each employee I have talked to has been friendly. The one thing I have a suggestion about is that the music is too loud. I have to turn up my headphones music to drown out the loud music. That’s all I have!

Great little coffee spot on campus. The iced chai with oat milk was good, and it came out fairly quick! Thankfully there wasn't a line. I am sure it might get busy once students filter in and out!

I really love the staff here. They are always nice, friendly and helpful. I also like it that staff knows how to handle transactions when items are not stocked or available at the moment. I feel that staff had great customer service skills.

When I was here, they didn't accept Google Pay or Apple Pay. I had to cancel my order. Very frustrating
The coffee is delicious. The service is quick. I've come here a few times over the years this I grabbed a chai latte which only took a few minutes and I was able to go sit at the union afterwards enjoying a beautiful view of the lake.

Apparently these morning staff don't want to work they have a disgusting attitude. Especially the tall younger blonde who was at the register today.(10/13/22) taking orders. They should consider giving the opportunity to other people who really wanted to work and provide better customer service. Then these type of people wonder why foreigners are coming to take their jobs. Please! Cgeck your staff.
