My family and I came in for some breakfast and we had Jody as our server. She was so pleasant and made my son comfortable enough he talked her ear off and she seemed like she was interested. She is such a great server with a genuine heart.

Waiter didn't refill any of my drinks or ask if I wanted something else didn't ask if I wanted napkins took about 10mins to ask if we were ready to order it seemed like everybody was focused on just staring instead of moving the cook did a good job in my opinion I ordered the tatchos and strawberry cream cheese crispers and my wife got the California eggs Benedict

Their sense of humor made the experience even more enjoyable while still maintaining professionalism. Me and my husband just left out of there. We did not check our food. We made it all the way home to find out. We don’t even have our steaks in the bag which we ordered steak eggs and potatoes and we only got the eggs and potatoes bad customer service and I don’t think it’s the cooks. I think it’s just the employees that work in the front very bad customer service
1) Burgers were slightly dry. Excellent fries and pie. 2) when it’s time for your waitress to leave their shift they don’t give you a warm welcome and introduce you to and another waitstaff the original waitstaff will just leave the bill and you never see her again. The Caucasian male manager as well as well as other staff passed out table at least 6 times each, a few different African American woman too, no re/frills no inquiries of anything.

I loved that the waiter heard my straw bubbling once I finished my drink and she brought another one over! Delicious food, Great atmosphere! Reminded me of my childhood!! 10/10 recommend!

The restaurant was dirty. Tables, floor, stuff laying around on counters, behind places. Looked trashy. Had to wait to be seated. Had to wait for server to come to out table. The waiter screwed up one of our orders-wrong food. We didn't want to have to wait any longer, so we didn't tell him. It took forever for us to get our bill and forever to pay, as there was such confusion at the front desk. The girl didn't seem like she wanted to be there and tge guy was running around looking for food pickup and receipts while 4 of us customers waited in line. Out of cash register paper. The food & service has gone down dramatically since the new people took over. The wait service is terrible and tge place is a mess. We probably won't come again
