I just went to pick up food we had ordered online this past weekend. I know for game days the wait is usually longer than the website says (and this was the last packers-bears game, so I expected it to be busy). I’m not upset about the wait, however they should do something online that has a more realistic number instead of always 15 minutes.
This visit was insane.
I went in at 6:30 at my pickup time. The game was at 7, so it was pretty full. There was 2 people at the front, both younger girls maybe around 16-20 y/o. I think around 6:45 one of them left, and the rest of the crew in the back (about 8 people, also 16-18ish looking) commented that the girls shift was done at 7 and they don’t know why she left. Now the other girl at the front was having a hard time keeping up, but she was very kind despite the way customers kept talking to her.
**Her name was Chloe and she said she was from the Baraboo location originally, but came by to help since it was a short-staffed store.** she was the only good part of this entire visit.
The manager, clearly much older than the kids in the back, got overwhelmed I guess and started yelling and swearing at the kids saying things I hope no kids have to hear from an adult again. That is insane language to use towards kids, let alone your team and coworkers. (Now, I do not have any proof but my eyes, but..) This green/blue haired grown woman then pushes one of the kids in the back on her way out. Other workers were crying, others were angry and yelling back, but then they all left??? The only person who remained was Chloe at the front and she was trying her best. She gave everyone whatever food was already ready, and recommended people to call back the following day to try and get refunds, as she couldn’t do them herself.
She came to help this store and had to be berated by management and thrown to the wolves. Absolutely insane behavior by the manager. I understand getting overwhelmed, but that’s not appropriate behavior whatsoever. I had called back on Sunday, and on Monday to get a refund and I keep being put on hold and then hung up on.
I want a refund for my food that I did not receive, I hope Chloe never has to come back to this store, and I hope that manager gets fired for basically assaulting the other workers. This location has always been a nightmare and this just locked in that truth.

I got a notification that the pizza was ready and went there to find out my pizzas aren't ready. I cant even get a refund and they have employees walking out. And young lady is crying and yelling, fighting. No pizza and no money
Very poor quality food.
Lmao massive L
Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, drove 15 minutes to pick it up just for them to tell me at the window they dont have stuffed crust. You would think when you cant fill an order to contact the customer and inform them of this before wasting their time. Hopefully they actually process my refund.

I have been waiting for over 3 months for a manager to call me back after my order was completely wrong. My order was placed around 6 PM but no one responded until almost 8 pm I was told there is 1 driver. I then got my food after 8 PM. Once I did I called right away to let them know they delivered the wrong food. We received 3 pizzas with pepperoni and my family dont eat pork at all. So then I wss told to hold, waiting 17 minutes and then placed on hold for another 7 minutes. Once someone got on the phone laughing, I was told we are closed and I would have to call back in the AM. I asked about my food, and was told I can keep the food but they can't do anything more, the. Hung up on.
The next day waiting u til they open after a long night woth no food since we were in the hospital all day previously. I spoke to someone that told me, I should have brought the food in and since I didn't they couldn't do anything. I asked for a manger and was told someone would call be back.
I called may times stopped in and employees were playing unprofessional music, dancing in the back, eating laughing, and no one seemed to care.
I never got my money back, and was told many times someone would call.
I was trying to wait until I heard back from someone and should have contacted corporate but, alot has happened. I decided to stop in today with my husband only to find out this location is closed.
I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut as one of my favorite pizzas, and worked for them when I was younger. Now working for the UW, we have often placed large orders and never really had a issue. The drivers were familiar with us as well so, This is truly sad that such an amazing Cooperation wasn't run properly.

Pizza was barely cooked, barely cut. Long wait in the drive-thru, as walk up door was locked. Which is a good way to not have to deal with any customers coming in, looking for their orders (on-line updates are unreliable; I'd lock the door too). Bad pizza was the big takeaway, even for chain standards.

This was a truly horrible experience. We placed our order online, got to the window just for them to tell us they couldn’t fill our order but she would give us a different pizza. We commented that we had paid more for a stuffed crust and therefore wanted what we ordered or a refund. We then had to sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes, during which time I attempted to go in to clarify on our order and was locked out, only for an employee to walk by and point at the drive through and walk away. We then had to drive back around, just to have no one answer at the window or know what was going on. Finally we got an incorrect pizza, and it took three more attempts to get the rest of our order. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

ordered pizza on the app, it showed as ready. went to the drive thru, rang the bell, knocked on the window. after a few minutes an employee came, immediately started yelling when i asked about my order. told me it wasn’t ready and i should park out front. waited about 15 minutes, went back thru the drive thru, they ignored me completely.
i got out, looked through the main window – they were on their phones, laughing and flirting instead of working. knocked again, employee opened the window and cursed at me. i left without my order.
worst service i’ve ever experienced. do not order from this location. shame on the owner.

I was told by the employee at the drive thru window that the people he worked with wanted to hurt him…..took 40 extra minutes from estimated ready time. I drove around 4 times thru the drive thru because the front door was locked.
Every time I came to the window it was another 10 minutes. The management here is clearly very disorganized or none at all. I would recommend not ordering from this location until something changes.
What a joke of service!!!! Worst experience of my life and I feel sorry for the employees there.
