Pizza was barely cooked, barely cut. Long wait in the drive-thru, as walk up door was locked. Which is a good way to not have to deal with any customers coming in, looking for their orders (on-line updates are unreliable; I'd lock the door too). Bad pizza was the big takeaway, even for chain standards.

This was a truly horrible experience. We placed our order online, got to the window just for them to tell us they couldn’t fill our order but she would give us a different pizza. We commented that we had paid more for a stuffed crust and therefore wanted what we ordered or a refund. We then had to sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes, during which time I attempted to go in to clarify on our order and was locked out, only for an employee to walk by and point at the drive through and walk away. We then had to drive back around, just to have no one answer at the window or know what was going on. Finally we got an incorrect pizza, and it took three more attempts to get the rest of our order. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

ordered pizza on the app, it showed as ready. went to the drive thru, rang the bell, knocked on the window. after a few minutes an employee came, immediately started yelling when i asked about my order. told me it wasn’t ready and i should park out front. waited about 15 minutes, went back thru the drive thru, they ignored me completely.

i got out, looked through the main window – they were on their phones, laughing and flirting instead of working. knocked again, employee opened the window and cursed at me. i left without my order.

worst service i’ve ever experienced. do not order from this location. shame on the owner.

I was told by the employee at the drive thru window that the people he worked with wanted to hurt him…..took 40 extra minutes from estimated ready time. I drove around 4 times thru the drive thru because the front door was locked.
Every time I came to the window it was another 10 minutes. The management here is clearly very disorganized or none at all. I would recommend not ordering from this location until something changes.

What a joke of service!!!! Worst experience of my life and I feel sorry for the employees there.

Why do food chains like this exist? How are they able to stay in business? Ordered carryout, arrived when it said it would be ready. I went to the curside window and no one was answering. Someone finally came and I told what I had ordered. They said it would be 5 minutes. Honestly, I don't think they had even touched making my pizza. My pizza came out with the edges burnt and cheese slightly melted. It was terrible. Forget about it. I won't tell people to come to this location or eat Pizza Hut.

On 6/13 I ordered food for delivery and waited over an hour before I called to check the status of said order and they said DoorDash was going to be delivering it and after waiting over an hour already they then said to try waiting another 15 minutes to see if I driver comes and picks it up. I ultimately ended up just going and picking it up myself (not a problem I understand things happen) but I can’t even seem to get my driver tip and delivery fee refunded let alone what I was promised. I was told on the phone if I picked it up I would get it half off then told when I arrived at the store that they would just refund it all together. Got none of the above. Food was cold it had been sitting there the whole time. Terrible experience.

I wonder if this location is under new management? Last delivery experience was excellent! Food order was accurate and the food quality was great. Everything was hot and the drink was cold. On time as well and friendly delivery person. Can’t ask for more than that. MUCH IMPROVED EXPERIENCE FROM THE LAST TIME! Keep it up!
