We ordered almost $100 worth of pizza and wings and had Uber Eats deliver. The wings were not included in the delivery. The Uber Eats driver did not have the wings and she double checked her car. We called the Pizza Hut, and the man who answered first lied and said he had no take out orders that night, then said he couldn't track our order from Uber. After a few (obvious) questions he realized he was caught, but evaded giving any answers about the wings and said we needed to take it up with Uber. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was a closing manager then lied about his name and hung up on me. Wow, just wow. Never again Pizza Hut, never again.

This place has changed a lot since rebuilding. I’ve felt like the employees are rude and don’t like their jobs. I stopped ordering from them for a while until I really wanted the chicken Alfredo- it was great! Even my pan pepperoni pizza was great. I ordered online so I didn’t have to deal with rude employees!

I have been hung up on multiple times and now am just waiting up to maybeeee get my food?? All I wanted was an answer on if they are coming or not. Any interaction I’ve had with management or pretty much anyone has been horrible and they do not care about their customers or their quality control. I have never left any review anywhere but this is ridiculous, there is no way that this location will stay open if they do not get it together. I have never been more dissatisfied with anything ever.
