This is one of the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever gone through , They partner with DoorDash and this is the second time I had problems getting my food delivered and I called DoorDash support and they said the Dasher canceled the order because the Pizza Hut workers Wouldn’t give them the order

Food was stale and luke warm, service rep was working solo and rude, and the atmosphere was one dusty chair stuffed in a corner. Just awful. I suggest pizza from the neighboring Kwik Trip for a better quality of service and product.

We ordered a large 3 topping pizza and Cinnabon rolls tonight from the Pizza Hut on Northport Dr., Madison. Been quite a long time since we live in Waunakee now. The employee was super nice, the order was correct and done on time, but it didn't impress at all. The pizza was not baked long enough unfortunately so it was disappointing. Even more so disappointing were the Cinnabon Rolls. For $6.99, they were nothing more than what I could have bought at a grocery store, in the crack open tube in the dairy department, and smeared with some sort of frosting. :-)

Thank you to the nice young person who handled my order today (the day before Halloween). She was all alone and super busy! I was on hold for awhile so I drove to store to place order. The worker was really sweet, calm, cool, and collected for being alone and super busy at 2:30 p.m. on a Wednesday! Thank you Pizza Hut person for making it happen!
