Tried calling to order a pizza and they didnât answer their phone. I tried again and they answered and hung up. I tried a third time and they just left the line open. I absolutely despicable customer service 0/5 if I could put that. That particular restaurant is a disgrace to Pizza

Thank you to the nice young person who handled my order today (the day before Halloween). She was all alone and super busy! I was on hold for awhile so I drove to store to place order. The worker was really sweet, calm, cool, and collected for being alone and super busy at 2:30 p.m. on a Wednesday! Thank you Pizza Hut person for making it happen!

Apparently the on-line order was down. I called and was immediately put on hold, then forgotten about. After about 15 minutes I hung up. Their hold system only plays horrible music, never do they come on to say thanks for holding, we'll be with you as soon as we can, or something like that. They just put you on hold and then never come back. Nice going. You suck.
