Messed up my order, when I called the girl that wears the hat was really sweet. She is ALWAYS super nice. This is HAND TOSSED When I got home and looked at the remade pizza it was laughable. My kids said Why is it so flat! It was dark and dry and very thin. I wasn’t going to drive back again for a third time so we just ate it. The food quality and service has gone way downhill.

Placed an order at 6:27pm for delivery to my work. The tracker gave an ETA of 6:57pm (probably a generous estimate, which is okay). It was a busy shift and we keep our phones on Do not Disturb while working as part of company policy, but I checked the tracker from a company computer around 6:50pm to see the status and it said it was on the way and I went back to work. By 7:20pm I hadn't heard anything from our front desk so I went up to check and they said they hadn't seen anyone come in with any deliveries . I called the store from our front desk who apologized for the wait and said the driver should be here in the next 5-10 minutes. By 8pm I had still not heard anything so I called again and was told the driver had come, attempted to call my personal phone and then left. I guess the driver must have never even gotten out of their car because the front desk said they never saw anyone come in, let alone anyone with pizza, so either the store lied to me about the driver arriving or the driver is just a really dumb person who didn't think to walk in the front door of a very obvious business or speak to anyone inside. I'll take about 1% of the blame for not answering my personal phone while, 1% for not thinking to change the contact to our front desk's number, and another 1% for ordering from Pizza Hut instead of my usual Domino's (I had a coupon) who actually has a spot for delivery instructions when putting in addresses. So 97% error to this driver, unfortunately there isn't an option to take away 97% of their tip so I had to settle for the store's offer to remake the order. They had virtually no options for resolution, in the second call they didn't even offer an apology, they did however, offer to deliver the cold food again (great, but I don't want cold food especially since its your fault it is cold), remake the order (great, now I can wait an additional hour) or refund the order (great, now I'm still hungry and will have to find some other food option). The remade order finally arrived a few minutes ago at 8:45pm, the driver apologized and the food looks good, I bet it will taste great regardless since I've been waiting over 2 hours to eat.

Ordered Pizza to be delivered at 5:30 pm for my Saturday night dinner date. Instead it shows up at 3:50 pm. A little early and now the dinner is going to be reheated. Uhg!

Terrible service..also dirty environment and when asked how to redeem my free pizza they said they couldn’t do it so I went to sun prairie and it was no problem! Pizza Hut northport pleas do better and the manager on duty was rude

I would give it zero stars! Whoever that black guy, maybe 5’7”, smaller build, mid to late 20s, he needs to be FIRED! 3 times he’s delivered trash quality food in the past couple months, and on the 3rd time when I was fed up, I’m on the phone with him for 9 minutes, and he doesn’t say a total of 5 words. I kept saying, hello, hello, and no answer, SO RUDE!
I ordered the big box. Both the cheese and pepperoni pizzas were dried to a crust. They were absolutely sitting there pre made for hours! Disgusting how you could deliver something of such low quality. People spend their hard earned money on this stuff.
So rude wouldn’t allow me to change my order after I informed him the allergic reactions about the no pork on the items and hung up on me while I waited over 20 minutes on hold and was hung up on 2 times prior to them picking up do not order from here they are obviously understaffed, and it shows in the disrespects of the agent who answered the phone. I can imagine that there’s so many things not being done correctly here at this establishment.

Ive been ordering from this location religiously for the last 6 years: they are consistent with my pizzas and quick. They make and/or deliver my food literally as fast as humanly possible. The Pizza Hut App has issues while the people working have always been fine.

This is one of the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever gone through , They partner with DoorDash and this is the second time I had problems getting my food delivered and I called DoorDash support and they said the Dasher canceled the order because the Pizza Hut workers Wouldn’t give them the order

Food was stale and luke warm, service rep was working solo and rude, and the atmosphere was one dusty chair stuffed in a corner. Just awful. I suggest pizza from the neighboring Kwik Trip for a better quality of service and product.
