Location at Maple Valley Dr in Madison is now using Door Dash for delivery, which is not something told to the customer prior to placing an order. My generous tip and the hefty delivery fee should go towards the drivers Pizza Hut employs, not general contractors that have no accountability or confirmation of who they actually are. Just a greedy decision made by a greedy company.

Just tryed to get delivery. SEE your cars all the time, drive buy. 4th time in 3 years I have ordered & no delivery BUT I JUST PAID FOR IT
A pizza store that closes at 5pm, how stupid and out of touch with your market do you have to be? Is this a pizza hut for the elderly?
I worked here for 3 whole years and got treated like gum on a shoe. As soon as you put your two weeks in, then they act like they care.
Nobody throws a sandwich party! Pizza Hut Is a phenomenal place to work. Good people!

Third time in a row. COLD PIZZA, NOT FULL ORDER, COLD GARLIC BREAD (WHEN ORDERED GARLIC CHEESE BREAD) no soda when I ordered soda! Driver was rude as could be order was an hour LATE!!! manager was of no help other than to say we have two drivers. Hey POSW STAFF THE STORES TRAIN THE STAFF!!! This was and is the last time we order from any of the stores you own!!!

Tyler at the Sauk City store does a wonderful job always curtious and polite service with a smile the store always looks good and appears to be running smooth.
Greasy, delivered wrong order, driver was completely clueless and store manager was about as helpful as a butter knife trying to fillet a fish.

Has gotten better, my kids always have fun, just like when my parents brought me when I was a kid!
