Absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life . Never though I’d say something like that. Called to just let them know, and they hung up on me before I could even say I appreciate the service but the food wasn’t great. Do not recommend, even if you are starving.

Unusual experience for this pizza hut. I ordered a large pepperoni to be picked up in 30 minutes instead of right away. Pizza was like dry cardboard. My opinion is they made it right away and left it in the warmer for 20 minutes.

Do not order from this store. The last three times I ordered from them they messed up my order. This last time today I called to tell them and they got attitude with me when I told them it was ridiculous they weren’t gonna make it right they started calling me names.

Hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut or any big chain in a while so had no expectations but the tavern style was similar quality to some of the local places. Pleasantly surprised!

I don't usually review fast food places, but I'm making an exception today to post a disappointing experience at thus PH. I walked in and ordered at 6:13 and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. As there are only two chairs in the waiting area, I want for a walk and returned about 6:30. At 6:35 an apologetic counter person told me it was taking longer than anticipated because they were training new cooking staff. It would be another 10 to 15 minutes. Having already paid, I decided to sit it out. At 6:48 our melts appeared, but the garlic bread was still in process. Finally at 6:56 the garlic bread showed up, 43 minutes after placing my order. I realize they were busy on a Sunday evening, but all I ask is an accurate estimate of arrival of the food, preferably before I order and pay for it. Note to management: Sunday evening, traditionally busy for pizza places, may not be the best time to train and break in staff. Having said all this, the Chicken Parmesan Melts and garlic bread we ordered were very good.

I have ordered from this location for years, usually good luck with my orders. I stopped for a while because I kept getting subpar food. I gave it another chance. Ordered boneless wings. Picked it up in the drive thru, the wings were in the typical black container placed inside a tied plastic bag. Parked in the lot behind Pizza Hut to eat my wings on my lunch break. When I opened the bag, it was filled with oil and “sauce”, I think. I opened the container and it looked like a bowl of soup with chicken nuggets floating in it. Never in my life have I seen the wings served like this. They were inedible. I tried pouring some of the liquid out of the bowl and took a small bite. It was disgusting, soaked in oil and what I thought was garlic Parmesan sauce. You need to retrain your workers. I wouldn’t have served that food to an animal. I want my money back please. Took a pic of the mystery sauce after I poured most out. This was bad.

Chicken Alfredo was fresh ,hot and good , the marinara.with the breadsticks was amazing and the people working were polite.

I ordered delivery on two separate occasions from this store as we needed food for work meetings.
The first time the delivery driver was 30 mins early for delivery and our team member was not at the location yet for pick up. The driver texted her but because she was driving she did not answer. Instead of waiting, he handed our 5 pizzas and drinks to a random tenant and left. Thankfully the tenant was a part of our meeting and brought the pizzas.
The second time we called, I confirmed several times during the order that the drop off was between 5:45 and 6, this time the pizzas showed up at 5:15, the driver didn't even bother calling our team member and gave a random tenant her personal number and told them to call her for the delivery.
Very unprofessional and disapointing!

I order pickup from this Pizza Hut occasionally, it is reliably good pizza. The last 2 times I have stopped, the people at the pick-up window were very nice, and the pizza was spot on. I am a fan of their crust, especially the pan style. They also have a drive-thru pick-up window.

Ordered my food online as usual and entered in my address. When I get my notification that my food was on the way I noticed the address was some random address. I called the store to correct the address with them. They told me they would take care of it. Never ended up having my food delivered to me or even contacted me back. I tried calling multiple times and nobody picked up the phone. At that point I believe it was intentional so they didn’t have to deal with the error. Horrible customer service! Would have at least appreciated a call back and I would have been happy to pick up the food from the store. Do not recommend ordering from here especially paying up front. They clearly will scam you and won’t deliver your food then avoid you. 0 stars if I could. ?
