This is the second time in one week where they say I can pick it out in 15 minutes and it’s not ready within 50 minutes. Also, they said they’d bring it outside, but I had to go inside and my order today was sitting in the waiting area! Very poor service very disappointing. And the people there weren’t even taking responsibility or apologizing for their lack of professionalism. I know my name is not Karen. I would love for service to get better.

I tried to order using the coupon for 3 toppings. Except they have yet again changed the rules and u can't have certain toppings or the same topping 3 times. First I had a rude woman because I didn't bring a coupon when it's an online offer. Now toppings have restrictions. Not worth it will stick with Rockys. They always treat u decently .
I never come on and do reviews as I never complain or be that “kind of person”. But 5 times in a row I’ve been to the Madison “cottage grove rd” location they have messed up the order or completely forgot about it in a 6 month stretch. Tell those kids to get off their phones and actually do the job they are hired to do. I realize in today’s age it must be rocket science to figure out a pizza job but they can do much better with a little more effort. Managers need to step up and watch their employees. I watched 4 of them for 25 minutes while waiting for my “order to be remade” sit and text on their phones and watch tik tok videos the entire time while giving out the wrong order again to someone else while I was there. Figure it out Pizza Hut.

Absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life . Never though I’d say something like that. Called to just let them know, and they hung up on me before I could even say I appreciate the service but the food wasn’t great. Do not recommend, even if you are starving.

Unusual experience for this pizza hut. I ordered a large pepperoni to be picked up in 30 minutes instead of right away. Pizza was like dry cardboard. My opinion is they made it right away and left it in the warmer for 20 minutes.
