Food was cooked well and taste was consistent with Pizza Hut franchise. This store in particular was just absolutely awful when it came to service. I ordered a pizza that had two toppings but only half of the pizza would have both toppings and the other half would have one topping. After explaining how I wanted my pizza 3 times it still came out incorrectly. I didn’t notice till I got home and unfortunately I loved outside of their delivery zone. I was informed I would be given a credit for this mistake. When I took the opportunity to use the credit the first time I canceled the call due to the front desk lack of English. When I attempted to use the credit a 2nd time I was then told it was not visible in my account. One of the most difficult restaurants I’ve ever dealt with.

Worst customer service ever provided, I went to the drive through to pick up my pizza and the employee treated me really bad and closed the window right in my face when I was asking him a question and went away. When I asked him if he had any red pepper he responded no and left the window.

This was the worst experience at any Pizza Hut I’ve ever had in my entire life. I ask for both my pizzas to be well done. I pulled up to the window and verified my pizzas would be well done. I was told to pull back around in 5 minutes to ensure my order was correct. I pulled back up 5 minutes later, get home, and my pizzas are so underdone that they are flopping over on themselves. I call to make the store aware and I am met with the RUDEST “manager”, I’ve ever encountered, Andrew. Who first tried to tell me I didn’t place an order in the first place, and then when he did find my order, told me he wasn’t doing anything for me and I can wait til Monday to talk to someone about it. ( this is Friday.) I was shocked at this response because at this point in the conversation I had not even expressed that I wanted anything… so why is he so defensive?! He told me I’d be blocked as a customer for NOW asking for a refund because of the crappy attitude and, crappy pizza. I brought the pizzas back for a refund, in which he tells me, “ I told you over the phone I wasn’t gonna do anything for you.” Then threatens to call the cops on us. You need to be embarrassed that this is the person you have running your store. Please, please, if you read this, he needs to be removed from management at the VERY LEAST. If not, from the company all together.

Consistently bad with breadsticks, this time they barely even had seasoning and some of it was clearly overcooked. The pan pizza I ordered was definitely made with stale crust. The fries are always weirdly good though

Store calls me saying the driver couldn’t find address and called me and I didn’t answer. Driver never called, confirmed the number on the order and my phone call history. Driver lied but I got the accusatory tone over the phone.
Good location, fast service , good pizza every time I have gone here , and a plus is you can call and talk to a live person to place your order. ??

Worst Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had. Half cooked crust - one side done more tyan the other. Center was raw dough. Luke warm delivery. Extra olives were just thrown onto three slices. Terrible location.

This review is specific to the guy that was working at 10:30 on 4/11/24. Work on your customer service skills, your job at Pizza Hut isn’t that hard buddy. Maybe open up a lemonade stand or something if Pizza Hut is too much for you.

Pizza was made exactly to order three times in a row with friendly, flexible, and timely delivery. The hand-tossed is the best crust of any delivery pizza in the area. Even though it was a discount deal this time with three toppings, all were generous. Website easy to follow.
